Your patience, despite the long working day, is absolutely commendable. It's not always easy dealing with customers who may have their quirks, or with some technical issues from the delivery companies' tools, but you handle it with a smile. 😊👏

The great customer service provided by people like Ali is one of the reasons I keep coming back. They go the extra mile to assist with finding parcels or offering advice. Plus, it's not just about the job; some of the staff members are so friendly that you can share a laugh with them. 😆📦

The staff are amazing and very helpful some of them you can have a laugh with. There is a wide range of variety in the store and I can always find what I am looking for. The shop has a really nice vibe and it's a really good place to shop.

Please, do not visit this store at all.
The store clerk was unfriendly and didn't help when I needed to pick up a package.
Ikea confirmed that the parcel was there, but I am currently travelling without it and have lost my money.
I am appalled by the extremely subpar customer service.

Ebay delivery. Email said wouldnt accept parcel. Went to shop. Apparently no code. Then it wouldnt scan. Then no room. Then sent back. Not happy. No sorry .

Need to sort out their system with eBay for collections. They don't seem to scan parcels to say they have arrived. Like to say, "we've had that a while & were due to send it back". Always problems.

Pull up a sand bag and let me tell you a story of this store and their below par customer service. Once upon a time (3 days ago, between half 3 and 4) I came into the store to grab a drink, whilst I was deciding what to select from their vast range of thirst quenchers, the guy working the tills was dealing with another customer. It was when he was dealing with this customer that he made a vile comment towards the customer about one of their features. Whether the person intended to hurt that customer or they're so ignorant to others feelings that they don't realise what they're saying is another story, but you guys seriously need to work on your customer service skills and learn to THINK before they open their mouth. The comment made could've been something that the customer is extremely insecure about and you could've made the situation about how they're feeling even worse. Whether it's the shop keeper that made these comments or one of their employees, I really think you should look for a career change because customer facing roles is not for you
