Great local shop with helpful staff and a great selection of everything you could expect from an off license/convenience store. Junior is a credit to the How Wood shopping parade and I believe we should all try to support local businesses first whenever possible.

Could have a better selection

Rude staff, so unhelpful. Shouted at my elderly mother instead of helping her with the parcel return. No need to be so rude to customers, absolutely disgusting. Will not be coming back.

My review is based on their pick-up point service for deliveries only. My husband recently went to collect a parcel for me with my ID. My husband was directed to a box with parcels in it (not safe behind the counter) and told to find the parcel he was there to collect by himself. He was then able to leave without the cashier checking he had the right parcel against the ID. We both found this practice rather strange as anyone can walk in, say they have a parcel to collect and take whatever they like without the cashier gatekeeping or double checking that people are only taking what belongs to them. Won't be getting parcels delivered here anymore.

Guy behind the counter really rude when I went in to collect a parcel. Not sure why. Cheer up.
