Good store, a tiny bit understaffed but they always make sure that you have a prompt efficient service to the point that they will stop stacking the shelves just to help you pay for your food, good variety of food, up to date newspapers and lovely staff to top it off.

I wish i was joking when i say the inside of this store literally smells like raw sewage, and has done since opening. Sort it out. Revised to 5 stars - all sorted.

I live locally to this store, and have been visiting on a near-daily basis for over a year.

They are often understaffed, and busy restocking or organising shelves. To the other reviewers for the store, I ask for a little more empathy; the people I know working at this branch are simply doing their best, and when you ask for their attention (especially if you need them at the checkouts), they're happy to help.
A little patience and understanding will go a long way.

Any complaints I personally have are directly attributable to the co-operative management rather than the staff that actually work here. This store is in an excellent location and shouldn't be struggling the way it is currently.

Nice local Co-OP, good range of fresh fruit and vegetables. Reasonable selection of bread, fish, meat etc. Good selection of snacks, newspapers, wines and spirits. Friendly staff and good prices.

Great store. However, the meal deal is seldom available due to a lack of stock.
