Helpful friendly staff member who was kind enough to help load the freezer into car.

I bought a laptop online picked it up in the shop. The laptop was defected so I brought it back after Xmas and spoke to the lovely lady on the tills. She couldn’t have been more friendly helpful and reassuring. The techie guy (she called him) ran a check to cover that protocol and told her just to refund me because it would take too long to send it off etc., I was delighted because that’s what I wanted a refund. I must say all in all there was a very positive vibe in the shop, all the staff were friendly and jolly. The blonde lady on the till though she is great!

The store is well stocked and is very spacious with generous room to move about and make decent choices but the staff ratio is very poor, however the staff who attended to us was kind helpful and patient. Overall we were quite pleased with the service.

Rafeya was amazing, very polite and helped me a lot in buying my new doorbell.

Well done for Currys PC World for making collections easy during lockdown. When they confirm your item is ready for collection by email, they now provide a link to 'qudini'. When you arrive, you park in the special collections bays and then click "I'm at the store". After answering a few security questions including your car make, colour and part of your registration etc (if collecting), they will then bring your order to your car. They will even pop it straight in your boot. Perfect!

First time click and collect at Currys and had a good experience.

Amazing. The staff there are very helpful, they take their time to help answer all your questions and help you find this. One of the ladies was very helpful. I'd just moved house and she gave me tips on where to find affordable furniture. I forgot her name, I will have mentioned. very lovely and kind person. She also helped me carry my microwave outside to the cab even though it was raining.

Staff are very helpful. I went to buy a laptop today and as someone who is not very clued on about technology, the staff really helped me a lot by simplifying things. Mohammed was particularly helpful in processing my order.

Good place to buy Television

Everything thing is but there is 1 restriction is if someone buy on contract they ask 3 years residency what should new person do

I visited the store when I got caught in the rain.
So many shiny electronic devices, so much choice, some may say too much choice.
I'm on the lookout for a new phone and tablet, but the price cards give little info.
Brain started to hurt, rain had stopped so I left the store.

My hoover less than year old and 1 wheel kept falling off. The staff are very helpful and changed it for a new one, they even gave me a £9 credit as the price had gone down so I got a pack of vaccum bags. Thanks Currys

One of the best electronics goods shops around, very high and end great quality consumer goods, white goods of exceptional quality and highly advance in technology. You can't beat the Currys experience, and if there is any problem with your device or you have trouble setting up your appliance just give them a call all like in the advert who can help you over the phone or send someone around, they are more than happy to help. I bought a LED TV from them and has lasted a very long time and has had no issues or problems, I have no trouble with it so far everything is running perfectly like new.
The staff at Currys are well friendly, have good training and have a very good know-how profile. There's always something to see and buy at Currys for the exceptional customer service which lasts and puts a smile on your face showing you are a happily satisfied customer. The Currys adverts are not just for show but show the reality of putting the customer first before everything else, the great service they will give also they well know their customer preferences, would highly recommend buying at Currys, the customer experience you will get quite unlike anywhere else.
