Superb service - especially during these trying times. Always a friendly face at the door. just missing the soup and hot chocolate :) Click and collect is by far the most efficient I've seen in recent months - you're in and out in seconds, max 2 minutes

I use Toolstation Redhill at least 4 times a week. The friendly, polite and helpful staff always make for pleasent visit. Service is always excellent. Especially during these 'unusual' times.
Outside the store is clearly zoned to maintain social distance and this is reflected by the staff who, while still working hard, stay well apart.
When you collect your goods, you stand back in the collection zone, your items are placed on a counter (which appears freshly cleaned) the staff member then stands back and invites you to step forward to collect. It's a smooth and efficient procedure and takes but seconds.
Redhill Toolstation staff deserve every recognition for this safe, smooth running branch.

I really like toolstation. Unlike big stores such as Wickes or B&Q you don't need to look for tools or materials for hours from isle to isle. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Also prices of tools and materials are usually quite good.

My go-to builders tools and sundries store. Always helpful staff - happy to be there to serve their customers. They don't hang about either. I am normally in and out in a matter of minutes. With the Covid-19 protocol forget minutes - I'm in and out in seconds! Their prices are almost always better than their competitors and their returns policy is excellent. Definitely my favourite tool shop.

So glad this store opened right on my doorstep so to speak , saves me the trip to Crawley I've had to do before. I have found all staff to be efficient and very friendly , nothings too much trouble and have a sense of humour. Usually served by Sam , very patient guy. In all great store , prices and staff. Cheers.

I'm not very experienced with DIY so never too comfortable entering any sort of DIY based store. Jan made me feel so extremely welcome and helped me with all questions when making my purchase. Jan is an absolute credit to this store.

Super efficent pick up of an order. Covid safe, staff were checking for the wearing of face coverings and keeping too the 2 metre guidelines. Nice to be met with a smiling (face-coveringed) face and a friendly hello

Everytime I come to this shop, im always served quickly and efficiently. They are serving people during this outbreak very well.

Compared with a "so-called" rival company nearby, the staff at TS are knowledgable, friendly and the prices are better on all products. The availability is also far superior versus the competition and Toolstation is my first call before the others.

Desperetely needed a water pump bcoz of flooding in my basement. Really helpful and knowledgable team on the door. Can't go in store currently, but it didn't mattter! I got what I needed, quick and helpful. Even got a gazebo to shelter from the rain

Luke showed great customer service by helping to identify the type of shower hose I required as well as remove an old part that I brought which was stuck.
Will come here again.

Placed order online got email and txt to say order ready for collection within 20 mins of placing order. Collection was great in and out in 2mins.
