Staff are alway very pleasure and helpful. Anything that they don't know they find out for you,. Bargain prices and good quality too. If they haven't got the items you are looking for they will have it within 24 hours. Keep up with the good work ...... :-)

Bought step ladders which were too big all my fault. Took them back for exchange of smaller item. No trouble at all excellent service and very helpful cheerful staff. Got a voucher for the price difference.

Been using Screwfix for years as I have Toolstation as well and you usually find both stores near to each other which is handy for either price comparison or what one supplies when the other doesn't. Staff and service has always been excellent and I think better stock availability compared to Toolstation most times in my experience. I can never understand people using the likes of Homebase etc as prices in these kind of DIY outlets is well over the top. Perhaps some people think Screwfix and Toolstation are trade only , big mistake. My orders over the years sometimes been very small but the service has always been 1st class.

Never had a problem here, plenty of inventory, polite and efficient employees and decent amount of parking outside with an Electric Vehicle charge point near.

I have been to this store a number of times and the staff are always very helpful and have saved me quite a bit of money with their suggestions. There is always a parking space outside - easy to get to and all the items I have ordered have been in stock. Thank you.

Their services is nice and their return policy is good. I bought the wrong size of a groove drawer rollers and was able to return them and get the correct sizes within few minutes

Probably my favourite DIY/building place, mostly because you order it online and go pick it up. So no time wasted trying to find stuff on a shelf, or going to find what you want isn't in stock.

Excellent range, mostly in stock. If not, notified when it arrives next day. Excellent customer service, very helpful friendly staff. Plenty of parking.

Quite a good place is mostly for buisness, lots of stock, can walk in and look through their catalogues has everything there if you need to buy.

Great prices, most items in stock and open at all hours. Some items are sub standard but pay for the higher end stuff and you can't go wrong.
