O2 Shop Colchester

Went to o2 store in Colchester today after trying 3 times in a month and a half to get my old number transferred to my new phone. I was helped by Lawrence who was absolutely fantastic. He got it sorted within 30 minutes and advocated for me to get a refund on a bill I wouldn’t have had to pay if they had transferred my number when I originally asked. Lawrence was so helpful and down to earth, his banter even made the time we spent waiting entertaining and enjoyable. Can’t recommend enough. Thank you again Lawrence!!

For a year I’ve been trying to sort a roaming issue with an iPhone on my account and the staff have been beyond patient and helpful as I’ve tried different ways to sort this . Today Andrew was really helpful in yet again going through the phone and checking everything on the new tariff I had taken out … which still hadn’t solved the roaming issue . I had also just realised the phone number being used was from a sim from an old iPad and immediately he was aware this and I got a new sim and number which should mean the phone can now roam ! I really can’t find fault the staff in this branch . They are always polite and genuinely just want to do the best for you which is what Andrew did today .

First time I have used this branch, really good friendly and polite service from Lawrence nothing was too much trouble really happy thankyou so much.

Toby of Colchester o2 store is a credit to your company,
He assisted me and my family in trying to find my daughter, he made several calls and attempted to find her location via her phone.

He was calming , very professional and above all level headed when we were so worried .

A refreshing purchase experience from this store. The sales person did not try to upsale or encourage me to buy an alternative. Instead she helped me upgrade my phone to one of my choice with the same pay as you go package. She took time to explain how the new phone worked compared to my old model and even assisted the transfer of numbers and personal information from the old to new handset. Excellent customer service, support and knowledge from a friendly, helpful representative. A fresh new approach from O2, very impressive.

We went to the O2 shop in Colchester to sort my problem out , which they done efficiently and quickly, then they sorted my wife's fone out , with the same efficiency , thanks to Kerry who is helpful and polite, and did not try to sell us anything we didn't want , so if you want good service and helpful staff go there without doubt

I like this shop as the staff are always very helpful to me when I've needed the help as i am not an expert when it comes to phones and today they have helped me out with a lot of things I never knew existed on my new phone.☆☆☆☆☆
