I always like to shop around in Waterose, also self scanning feature is such a good perk, witch make you expereince unique and the shopping itself very efficient

Stopped off for lunch as nearby pub was fully booked; excellent food, friendly staff and pleasant decor... ooh and super comfy chairs!

Very nice Ukrainian soup with a half baguette for lunch. Very tasy and good value. Beer was good too.

They have everything I Like the coffee in the cafe was also good

You know where you are with Waitrose! Great quality food, even in their essential range, polite, knowledgeable staff who really have time for you and certain products that only Waitrose stock. Its middle-class reputation goes before it, but if course, a broad range of people shop there!

Lovely store not as big as most. Clean with helpful staff and a cafe.

Ramp access in situ. Well thought out lay out. Well stocked. Very friendly and helpful staff especially the young man on our checkout.

Waitrose has the premium selection on fruits, vegetables, salmon, and chicken breasts. I like being a member, as we can get a free cup of a coffee or tea as long as you have your own cup :)

Love this store. It's large, plenty of room between aisles, bright and airy. Lovely curtious staff. Has a big cafe with outdoor tables and chairs to eat ( not much choice for vegetarian/ vegans). Nice clean toilets and a seperate disabled one with baby changing facilities. Has a customer car park.

Good selection of produce and availability now okay again. Prices vary, some better than competitors, others less so. Staff very helpful and friendly which makes shopping here a more pleasant experience than some other supermarkets.

Feels like a local grocery shop. Proper meat and fish counter. Offers and incentives galore, very good quality, exceptionally helpful staff, wonderful wine choices. Easy spacious parking, loads of coinless trollies. App for shopping straight into your bag and quick self checkout. Otherwise All Good 😁
