Great store but not open 24/7 as advertised

I've been coming to this shop about twice a week for over 2 years now. I never ask for a receipt or really check what they charge me, but today while the cashier was scanning my items, I noticed the charge for Parsley came up as £1.19. I told her the price should be £0.99 and went back to take a picture and show her. She said she can't charge me 0.99 because the system is showing £1.19. I told her it's illegal but she said there is nothing she can do. THAT IS 20% MORE than advertised. Be careful when buying here, and always ask for a receipt. You can see proof in the pictures I've attached.

Baby Chicken was rancid, realised upon it coming out of the oven. Obviously like any sane person threw it away and went back in the morning to make them aware. I was met with rudeness, and being asked to bring back the chicken if I wanted a refund. I buy from them regularly and was shocked that they would treat a regular customer this way, especially over £5. Unpleasant experience, avoid this place.
