I wanted to say that the works in Bristol staff are so amazing, always friendly and help out so much. I like my books nice and crispy new so if I have even the slightest issues with anything the work staff will fix it straight away. I can’t say how wonderful it is to walk into a store and see a staff member actually care and not show any judgement. Good job to the Bristol staff, will be visiting again

i recently visited my local store and i must say i found the staff to b really helpful and nothing was too much trouble when asking for help as i stupidly left my glasses at home. i will b back in december for xmas presents

The Works is my forever favorite shopping place. It's always so joyful to shop various toys, books and home related goods with my wife and kids. The staff over here is helpful and polite. The best part is they always come up with different sales and discounts.

Had a lovely experience at this store. Loved the variety of options available in terms of books, crafts, gifts, toys and many more. The staff is very helpful here. Loads of choices are available at great prices. Highly recommended.

I have always been a fan of The Works. I have visited the shop located in various cities across the UK. The quality they have maintained in every shop really surprises me. The Bristol shop is very cosy and pretty. The range of gifts they have for the Halloween is simply incredible. As always, the prices are reasonable, and products are of good quality.
