Toolstation Oswestry

Hi I paid a visit to toolstation Oswestry today 09/12 2023 to purchase a air compressor.
Just got to say what Brilliant staff very polite and Helpful.
This is something we are short of these day.
Most definitely visit again.

I first started using Toolstation Oswestry because the prices are generally lower than their competitor over the road.
During Covid-19 lock-down i undertook the project of building a 11,000 Litre fish pond.
From power drills to drill through the concrete foundation to sink steel re-bar, Plumbing fittings for Filtration right down to screws and rawl plugs for the cladding, Toolstation Oswestry have been there when i needed the tools or supplies to get the Job done.

I have always received a professional service from the staff, no matter who served me. Even with the social distancing of Covid-19, i have repeatedly felt welcomed and valued on each visit as the staff ask about my project with enthusiasm.

Steve and your fab team, Thank you all for the excellent service i consistently receive, You are a credit to Toolstation - I hope they know that!

I will no doubt see you all again soon when i start another project!

Being a lady of a certain age, I do have a hearing problem, and I know that people either get frustrated with me, or laugh at me. However, I often go to the Tool Station shop in Oswestry as the staff are so welcoming, friendly and never lose patience with me. I particularly like being served by Mary or the manager Steve. Having said that, all the staff deserve praise for their customer care and product knowledge .

Every time I use this shop they are super helpful and have a really good product knowledge, a big thanks to Jason who always finds what I want

After a recent visit to Toolstation I’ve been meaning to review the store. I get sent on endless errands by my lovely partner, 9/10 I haven’t got a clue what I’m looking for. This is now my go-to place, the staff are always happy to help and rescue a damsel in distress 🤣 I can’t recommend them enough, especially Amy who always seems to know what I’m talking about 👍🏻

The customer service I received from the store was great! A young lad called Kyle knew exactly what he was doing and got me the exact thing I was looking for no trouble at all. Would definitely shop and come here again!

Always great service every time I visit this store, I think the customer service you recieve is of a very high standard. The manager goes out of his way to help and to find solutions to any problem. Highly recommend this toolstaion to anybody

I have been into Toolstation Oswestry a few times, the staff always have a friendly Smile and are approachable even when you don’t know what you need they will take the time to show you as many items as you need without being made to feel like your wasting their time, this is a rarity in retail these days! Definitely recommend.

I visited the store last week and was served by the manager Steve I think. I needed some roof bars for my car. I'd been to buy and q and screwfix but no joy. I popped to toolstation and Steve couldnt of been more helpful. From helping me measure to ensuring that the bars would fit correctly. I'd reccomend this toolstation and the staff anytime.

My assistant today was really friendly. Kept their safe distance which I liked! And were smiley! Good experience at the store, despite strange times

Absolutely brilliant, I needed a new letter box and couldn't find one in town for the life of me, so i went in to ask for help and hooray that's what I got, thanks to Amy.
