Tesco Express

We often use this Tesco whether dropping in for essentials or using the Whoosh service which is amazing. The service from all the staff is brilliant but special shout out to Tim who is awesome and has sorted us out with substitutions that are super thoughtful because we're relying on his picks for dinner and he clearly realises this and makes choices that still allow us to eat in the evening!! Thanks Tim for being such a ledge 👍

I come too this Tesco's on the days I work too grab a meal deal and then something for dinner….. excellent customer service by all staff members Jas and the team are always very friendly and professional

Some of the staff are rude and lacking customer care skills as well as manners. Always packed during lunchtime and staff are normally then stocking up the shelves with their cages blocking the aisles.

Not sure that I understand why they disable the automatic door after 10:30pm. Are they saying that disabled people are not welcome after 22:30? Maybe it's a directive from the senior management?

Common sense not so common in Beaconsfield unfortunately. Popped in at 10am today Saturday the 4th and an older lady was serving, popped a coffee on the counter card in hand and asked for ID, which I don't have a problem with within reason...
Under 21 rule 25 or 30 all fine but I'm 44 with a greying beard.
Very poor.

You can’t move around when they have cages down the isles and the staff just walk into you without any consideration. Joke of a tesco store.

I just called in to this Tesco Express at 9.30pm Friday evening , and all the staff were wearing masks which is commendable :-)
Except the jobsworth idiot of the Security Guy who was walking around all the aisles with NO mask on :-( So I asked the checkout assistant if he could explain this to me ? He said I dunno ? What a total Joke ! most people are trying to keep safe ! Most annoying indeed
