Great tesco express
Been using it for years

Excellent customer service from all the staff members and they were very kind and helpful. The store is often very quiet and most people use this Tesco Express for mostly top up shops hence why the Meal Deal section was very small compared to other Tesco Express stores I've visited. There is a great range of halal products all across the store (especially the Jamaican Patties at 95p) and the branch is well stocked. It was also very clean and well organised (other Tesco Express branches I've been in are not that clean at all if I'm being honest) due to how quiet it is, most the items are always nearing their best before or sell by date so I would advise you check the dates before buying anything. Having said that, there are always plenty of excellent yellow sticker bargains to be found particularly after 6pm/7pm. I managed to get Tesco Finest Ready Meals for well under a £1 which are normally £3 something. However, if your looking to do a bigger shop or a medium-sized shop, I would strongly suggest you shop at the Morrisons off Ascot Road instead. They are cheaper and of course have a much bigger variety and range than this Tesco Express branch. There is one card only self checkout and 3 staff checkouts. Feels weird going into a Tesco Express and seeing one card only checkout haha but anyways this branch is not busy at all so you will find everything you when you checkout. Overall, a great Tesco branch and I really enjoyed my first time shopping here. Only a 6-10 minute walk from Watford General Hospital as well.

The employees there are very helpful and they care about their customers. My credit card had been retained and, as they can do nothing about it, they told me what to do next.
There is a large range of products, and the opening/closing time is very practical.

I'm walking on two crutches at the moment. I know the store well. The staff are friendly, incredibly helpful and really make an effort for me as I struggle round the shop on crutches.

I am another , person who pop's in everyday.Its a good little store and has quite a good variety of stock.Saying that though they do not stock a lot of tesco own brands.(In my case peanut butter )I think they call that line back to basics!Anyway the staff are great and very polite and helpful.I have seen them verbally abused on some ocasions,(goes with the area!!).And are always calm and tactful.all in all a good little shop.I rather go there than one of the plethora of mini markets down the road.
