C6 Bikes

Discovered C6 when I needed to replace my bike frame due to a safety recall, and needed an authorised dealer. James made the entire process really easy and kept me up to date throughout. They offered me some advice and guidance on future upgrades, too. My bike is now complete and better than ever. Highly recommended.

Superb service from start to finish. James and Steve have been really helpful and accommodating through the purchase of my new 5010. Took advantage of the SC factory sale, they delivered a top spec bike with extras fora great price. There was no hard sell, just helpful advice when needed and they really knocked this one out the park. 100% I will be back for more- edited review and I did come back for more, a nomad :)

What more could you ask for from a cycle shop. Utterly professional, kind and skilled to 1000% with everything they do.

Cannot recommend a better place for all things bike related.

Absolutely brilliant, you really get the feeling that the owners and staff run the shop because they love bikes. Took my bike in for a service, and very happy with the work, speed and price. They even took the time to walk me through what they did and why, and chat over maintenance in the future. Highly recommend!

What a service and what a bike!
My first time purchasing a new bike from C6 & despite the delayed delivery (due to the bike manufacturer) James and Steve emailed me regular updates and answered my emails promptly. Great service, great people, highly recommend C6 for a bike purchase and/or biking accessories.

I took my Ribble SLR Endurance to C6 today for a problem with the Shimano Dura Ace rear disc brake. James was very helpful and he and Rory managed to get it sorted for me same day. I have always had excellent service from C6 and I would highly recommend them.

Brillant service provided- walked in 9am with an issue on my road bike. Within minutes the bike was getting looked at, couldn’t fault their service. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will be back! Thanks guys LB

Excellent Seller purchased new Santa Cruz 5010 C S, great support and service, including fitting InvisiFRAME protection, well package for delivery,
after setting up Fox fork & shox volume tuning & sag, it's really quick & lightweight package & geometry is great.

I bought a mountain bike from these guys recently and have been very happy with the purchase. They gave me great advice on what sort of MTB bike would suit the types of rides I plan to do. For someone new to mountain biking their advice on components and parts was very helpful. They did a great job setting up the bike and threw in some free accessories. I'll definitely be going back for future purchases.

We had two custom builds by C6 Bikes and are very happy with the two bikes we now have. They were great at advising on what specification would be suitable for us, and their expertise and enthusiasm for our project during the build and fitting was greatly appreciated!

Great bike shop staffed by passionate bikers. Dropped in to ask about c2w. Met James and Rory who were a pleasure to talk to. Both were no nonsense fountains of knowledge. Was really interesting getting advice. I was lucky being the only one in the store, but despite having loads of bikes to work on, they still seemed happy to give me time.
They stock quality bikes from reputable brands, and have quality accessories to match.
Hope to buy from them as I know I'll get quality after sales service.
Would also give me another opportunity to drop in for another chat!

I had a problem with a tire and seat post today. Not used C6 before but friendly and knowledgable and problems sorted quickly. Highly recommended.

C6 went the extra mile when I was purchasing my new bike. Having phoned around numerous shops with a relatively clear idea of what I wanted it felt like I might be waiting another 6 months for a new bike (probably understandable in the current climate)
When I spoke to C6 they were very helpful, we discussed the spec and they said they would call back in an hour to see what they could do. They called back within the hour and had managed to get me a bike within my budget. Not only that but they added a couple of bits I had asked for that were completely bespoke and had the bike delivered within 2 weeks.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and they would certainly be my first port of call for buying a bike, thanks C6

I have been to the shop several times now and each visit has been very welcoming. The guys are very honest and informative and I always seem to have a good laugh when I am there.
I couldn’t thank them more on my last visit when it was almost time for them to close and they went out of their way to help setup my MTB rims to be tubeless.

C6 is a superb independent bike shop. The guys are straight talking, knowledgable, flexible, easy to work with, and I'm loving riding one of their custom specced Santa Cruz bikes. Highly recommend
