Absolutely wonderful staff really helpful, was after a pair of jeans that would fit me well, as always struggled with size. Found a pair online that I liked but didn’t want to buy without trying them on. Popped into the store and spoke to Rebecca who was extremely helpful she explained all the fittings of the jeans suggested some to try and the style. She was absolutely wonderful and had excellent knowledge of the stock. End up buying five pairs of jeans!

What great service. Needed to return, I didn't have a receipt as my son brought it for Christmas. They asked for his email, he had given that so it was registered there, they refunded it all to my card. Great service, friendly lady. Well done Hollister. It makes a change not to have to beg for a refund.

When I went in the shop the other day I needed help finding my size and I received great customer service from a member of staff called Jacob. The size he helped me pick out fit perfectly and are the comfiest trousers I have yet

The staff are always lovely and friendly when I go in, especially Zach who I’ve spoken to a few times when going in recently! They’re very quick to fetch online orders and there’s always someone around to help.

Staff are always very helpful & polite. They work extremely hard keeping store looking its best. As its popular with younger people it can get very busy! It has a great range or clothing & it's own brand of perfume & beauty sprays.

Met the loveliest girl in Hollister in Cambridge (her name was Ashton) and she was so friendly and helpful, she told me she hadn’t been working there for long but her customer service was second to none! Great shop does sell a variety, I wish that they would sell more colours in trousers though! Apart from that the shop is virtually perfect, no flaws at all, all of the clothes are very nice and lovely colours, but that is just personal preference :)

Very helpful and friendly staff. Am not a very fashionable so a very pretty lady gave me good advice on what to wear and mix. Will go again. :)

Eden, Emilie, Freddie, Alba from Hollister at Cambridge were absolutely marvellous! All staff were very helpful and friendly! I had to return some items for a size exchange and Eden was really patience and lovely, she even recommended me very nice perfumes! I am very grateful to them!

I strongly recommend Hollister at Cambridge!
