Tesco Extra

Looking for a plant that was no longer out due to the valentines flowers. Asked a lady that was working in the clothing dept. Super helpful, walked around the shop helping me look, then looked out the back and came back with photos of them so I could choose. Really helpful lady, much appreciated.

I could not believe the intelligence of this extraordinary ethnic worker called hardeep(i love the exotic name by the way) who really broadened my views of their culture. truthfully i would give 6 stars if i could. this exotic male specimen has really given me a greater appreciation for tesco and i believe this brown skin male should be awarded employee of the month. however he must have been new as he wasnt wearing a uniform but this did not stop his brilliant customer service and determination to satisfy me.10/10

Yesterday bought wrong Scholl insoles (should be for man), make shopping night time try to change for correct one , first attempt told me to return on day shift to customer service , but later on checkout with lovely Mrs Sofia ask manager and he did that immediately, many thanks for Tesco Team, Excellent service, fully recommend 👍👍👍

Bedford tesco extra on the cardington rd is one of two larger stores in bedford plus the tesco metro, express and locals (11) open 24hr mon-sat you will find most of your shopping needs ATM,s are located outside the main entrance with a petrol station and car wash & jet washing area at the entrance/exit point parent and child parking with disabaled parking spaces are nearby at the front of the Store, shop-n-scan is available at this Store.

Big store with plenty of choice. Go in for 1 item and come out with a basket full :⁠-⁠)

Definitely my favourite Tesco Extra store. The staff are so lovely and really helpful. They really know how to make you feel welcome. The manager Toby and Deputy manager Dave certainly know how to make you feel at home in the store and work alongside their staff to help them with the work load. Keep up the fantastic work!

In addition to being one of the best all-round branches of Tesco in the area, it also has one of the best value for money supermarket cafés. I can recommend the southern fried chicken wrap, and the chips were cooked to perfection. They make a mean cappuccino, too ☕

Charley at this Tesco branch Self Service was exceptional both times I checked out, even though she was busy serving other customers ensuring everyone was happy and looked after!

I only came in for Eclairs after a long day but I'm partical to their F&F collection. They have amazing items like Zara and Reiss but as amazing prices, although I purchased quite ABIT and sizes where too big!

I drove all the way back customer service was closed, but I knew they would be but wanted to grab small sizes before they go and CHARLEY understood my pain when she saw I was back and did her best to help me, she went above and beyond so lovely. Just amazing lady!!! A credit to Tesco and F&F! She made Tesco and F&F look good! And I did purchase too much yet she was so helpful to ensure I was happy and apologised about sizes and put herself in my shoes which is rare so at any retailer so they lady needs a pay rise, I'd come back for my fashion just for that service and fab pieces! 😏

I have been using click and collect from this Tesco for a year now and the service has been outstanding. The substitutes are great, no complaints about anything that has been picked for my shopping. Best of all the guys manning the pick up station are friendly and efficient and I generally don't even have to tell them who I am- I pull up and my shopping is there and ready to load in minutes. I hope they read this- as the service is fantastic- THANK YOU!

Great one stop shopping experience. Has everything you need for a weekly shop. Facilities include petrol station, cafe, pharmacy, in store bakery, fresh flowers available, self scan checkouts, clothing, small range of electrical appliances. What more could you ask for?

Large latte was creamy, good and the Ultimate breakfast bap with bacon, sausage,hash brown great. Great value for money. Bedford Tesco Extra ,attentive staff, very clean. Excellent service ⭐

This is my local Tesco, it's easy to get to and has plenty of free parking. 24 hour opening time makes it super convenient, they have scan as you shop as well as self service tills, free WiFi, a good sized electronic section, clothing and also a café.

I've been coming to this store for years and have always received good service.

Today all the staff did an amazing job. Those moaning need to realise that none of the restrictions are the fault of the staff. The ones to blame are the selfish bulk buyers.

NHS and emergency services appreciate the time u gave this morning

In all honesty it is just like any other Tesco. Café inside serves a good selection for your breakfast and lunch, totally recommend.

After deciding to purchase my new blu pro from Tesco bedford, I was exceptionally impressed by its design. The shape of this blu pro rechargeable system is excellent, easy to operate, comfortable to handle and no chance, it seems, of leaks occuring as i have experienced with other makes. The service that I experienced within the store was exceptional, with the sales person being very helpful, even though it was getting very near to the store closing. The sales assistant was very helpful and spent time in helping me make my decision to purchase this item from Tesco. The service I received was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. I am very pleased with my purchase and also the sales assistants help and patient approach.

Never visited here before, but found it to be a really nice store with everything you need and more too! Along with food supplies bought some lovely towels too!

Great shopping at Tesco as always. Staff are always ready to assist when need be. It's always a joy.

Shop clean staff helpful. Just need bit more veg in store as some I was trying to buy was missing but no label to say not in stock
