Excellent, friendly service by Jojo who's a huge asset to Tesco. Customer experience is great. Above and beyond, and many new and old customers comment about what a breath of fresh air she is.

Great place to do light shopping, if ever you ran out of something or you want to grab something light or easy to cook than this the place to go. No alcohol is sold and staff are helpful and friendly. ATM machine available inside.

Perfect for grabbing a sandwich. On the occasions the shelves were empty, they got more out the back.

Always provides a giggle, as they security tag their individual (60p) chocolate bars.

They were very good and helpful staff they show me how to go round the shop safety

It a very good pub geat beers lovely wine great food and lovely and friendy and helpful staff

small but they have everything! Even some Brazilian products!... And they have a Click & Collect service

Efficient

I struggle with the layout of the self serve or main tills; this somehow needs to be re-designed. Basically when you queue for the staff tills you get people rush across in front of you from the self serve tills. This can seem to create chaotic shop when busy and essentially a little too crowded. This would be great if the Tesco store designers could possibly improve this for customers. I understand that the shop is quite small but could be better laid out.

Also, on the staff tills some kind of barrier for queuing would seem suited as I'm finding other customers seem to stand too close to the customer at the till. I've experienced this a couple of times and felt a little uncomfortable.

Also, if I use the store earlier in the day and need to pay at the staff tills (with cash) I find I have to wait around as the staff all seem to be replenishing stock levels then I find myself having to find a member of staff. Maybe a bell / buzzer system of some sort could potentially work with a large sign??

Other than these points I find the store staff friendly.

Good local shop, good opening hours. Typical Tesco Express experience. I was visiting far from home but this feels exactly like the one close to home. I was able to easily find the sections without thinking.

CYCLISTS WITH WEAK LOCKS BEWARE! I sadly had my brand new bike stolen here only to find out after from the security guard that there is a well organised problem there.
The staff were very helpful but once it's stolen there's virtually nothing you can do. Hope this can help!
