Very helpful staff! One girl (I didn't ask her name) saw that I was struggling at the self checkouts and she came to see if she could help, and then Kelly helped me get my discount as my app was having trouble to load. Thank you to both of them!

The cashier was super helpful and I got an awesome pair of boots for £6. And a chic sunglasses for 1£! I love purple and the choices I had was limited. But I had an amazing experience most important. I hope the store in Zurich I will find purple items.

Very peaceful and quiet inside. I found perfect clothes on other (if I had the money, I'd buy everything I see in there hehehe😅). I was served at the tile by a lovely gentleman (don't know his name but he was very nice) who helped me with finding my membership.

Bought slippers as a gift for someone. Staff were respectful and helpful. Queues were not long and were moving fast.

What is not to like, lovely place to shop at all seasons of the year. I particularly like the blazers and shoes because they fit perfectly well. The kids and tall section is another reason why i cant stop shopping @ H & M, simple fabulous. The shop is well organised, you can easily find what you need with little help. Friendly staff, clean and cool environment to shop👌.

I love this place . They never fail to disappoint . A variety of different clothes for all ages . A good selection of ages and styles . The staff are kind and approachable.

This is a fantastic shop for me. I am quite small and most shops do not sell clothes that are my size. This H&M sells teenage clothes so it eliminates this problem. The staff here are extremely helpful and the queues are not long as well.

Great variety and choice of every day clothes or going out clothes for male and female. Very reasonably priced . Helpful friendly staff large bright clean and tidy shop.

It has been split in two with one H&M store for kids the other for adults. I went in the kids one, nice place with a good selection of clothing. Staff were friendly when I had a problem.
