This shop is just amazing. Always friendly, polite with great products. I love the signs in the window to let us know that they care about us as well. Couldn't be happier with everything.

Brilliant place, lucky to have this gem in Wanstead! Lots of natural foods, teas, chocolates, shower gels, incense sticks and at good prices. Owner is also friendly and helpful. A shame to see some negative reviews from others due to the owner expressing an opinion on Covid, what ever happened to freedom of speech/thought and thinking outside of mainstream media! If someone doesn't have the same opinion/belief as you, don't leave their business a bad review, have some dignity.

This shop is fantastic, I imagine if it was in Camden, Greenwich or another more hipster location it would be packed. There are lots of artisan honeys, chocolates and general health foods and products and wait for it, at good prices! It would be good if more people went here though instead of Tesco, Coop M&S etc. to support the owner. It really is a hidden gem of a place and too good to not visit! They sell black rice noodles, great cereals that the other main shops don't sell, the owner clearly knows his stuff in terms of where to source products from. The most underrated shop in Wanstead in terms of having such good products yet not many people have ventured in!

Amazing shop to visit, people in there are really friendly and it's got so much health food you just can find in many other shops in the area and saves having to buy online too which is always a good thing. Cant recommend the shop highly enough and have told most of my friends about it.

Awesome attitude from the staff, after a period of deep depression created through the loss of friends through lockdown harms and vaccine damage, it is a breath of fresh air and vital to our humanity to find these new oasis of compassionate viewpoints and the simple freedom to speak our own truths in public without fear of gaslighting or even shaming, my small visit whilst in the locale quite simply restored a bit of my faith in humanity in these dark days we ALL find ourselves in, regardless of viewpoints, we are literally all in it together now, wether the person cares to admit to themselves yet ! Definitely be back and will tell all !
