Tesco Superstore

Typical Tesco store. Good selection of food stuffs and cleaning products. Loads of alcohol and I expect if I looked Christmas goodies too

Visited with family member in wheelchair and we had a good experience shopping for everything we needed for our caravan stay.

This store has the most helpful, friendly staff. Nothing is too much troubke. As a disabled person staff are happy yo hslp with unpaçking and repacking post scanning,not to mention taking to car and unpacking. Cant praise them enough, compared to my local supermarket where the shelves are half emlempty and staff stand in huddkes talking th Tescos are streets aheit is lik⁸. Not to mention the difference in prices.

This store has such friendly, helpful staff. My granddaughter and I were shopping this evening and on the checkout we used we were served by Neil who was great making jokes with my granddaughter, she was so happy.

Big shout out to Toby at Tesco. I forgot my facemask. Asked if the store provided any if needed. He proceeded to go and get a brand new, fresh out of the packaging mask from his personal car. Very kind and much appreciated.

Got everything we needed, always nice and clean and the staff are always lovely

Well laid out with plenty of room between aisles.The staff are very polite especially the checkout personnel who are always helpful.

Visit this Tesco at least 3 x a week Carolyn is a awesome cashier always very friendly ..I'll queue up to get served by her as she makes shopping a pleasure (she's the ex nurse ) love her to bits

Went into tescos saxmundham today asked for help with my shopping as I have had an eye operation and am unable to bend or lift the staff were absolutely amazing helped me all over the store with my shopping packed at checkouts and helped to put in my car I cannot thank them enough

I like it. Prices better than in a Waitrose across the road. A lot of space.

Good store, wide variety of products, shelves are never empty or missing something.
Cashiers are available as well as self checkout.

I required an item that was a pain to find..but the staff came to the rescue and couldn't have been more helpful or pleasant...definitely 5 stars for the staff..
