Everybody was very kind and polite but massive shoutout to Philip, who helped my mother and I buying a new phone. He was extremely helpful, patient and explained everything very kindly. Honestly he should give masterclasses of how customer service should look like. Hope he gets a raise as soon as possible.
We actually ended up at this Currypc because first we went to another branch but the staff there, let's just say was not really welcoming or engaging, and kept trying to push us to buy products we mentioned multiple times that we are not interested.

They've got pretty good deals at Curry's.

The computer sale manager provide me good customer service and he gave me good laptop with full software and setup on good value. I am pleased with his service. He made my day better ☺

A place to be for any kind of electronic appliance, the staff are amazing, they know what they're talking about when u ask them abt any product, go there & confirm what i said here 👍🫶❤.

Very polight saff they take time out to find the right product that you go there for and ask you if you would like to take out an insurance for the item and go through it with you so yes I was happy with the service

JP was awesome and assisted me get the best deal possible, and the Manager Joe was very helpful in getting a discount, both were incredible and positive.

I had the most amazing service yesterday! I picked up a brand new windows surface pro the day before, charged it for an hour, turned it on and it was glitching out and completely unusable. Curry's was shut by the time this had happened so I went in early the next day. I went to the help counter and showed how it was unusable, I got very upset as I had lots of work to do, but the team were so helpful and went above and beyond to help me out. Olive was amazing at sorting everything out for me and really cheering me up, Saffa was also helping and cheering me up, and Ekran really searched everywhere in the warehouse and found me the tablet that was meant to be out of stock, I think he found it in a different colour which didn't show up in the usual search. Olive in particular was so lovely to me and kept reassuring me that they were going to sort it out for me. I cannot thank them enough for their amazing patience with me and how compassionate they were, on a Monday morning when the shop had only just opened ! My new tablet is absolutely perfect now :)

Excellent customer service from Deven(sales Manager) I was in there browsing when he acknowledged me as he walked by and approached asking if I needed any help. Long story I left with a laptop and a case for it. Will definitely recommend shopping at Currys old kent road and asking for Deven.. thanks again for your help today

Exceptional and lightning-fast service! When I was looking for a new TV, Abdul and Bernard went above and beyond to assist me in selecting an incredible Samsung OLED TV. Additionally, when I needed help securing that price promise guarantee, Manoj and Sergio swiftly ensured I got exactly what I needed.

Friendly staff, big store with a decent selection. Don’t expect too much product knowledge compared to what you’d get in a local shop though.

Wow! Never had an experience like this in Currys. In Sydenham you have to wait 90 minutes to be served and there is only one or two members of staff working on the shop floor despite being massive. However in this store, so many members of staff were around and willing, even keen to help! Phenomenal! Thank you Koreade for being so helpful. Definitely the BEST Currys!
