Asda Old Kent Road Superstore

Massive store. Very wide range of products and open to late! Big car park and cash points located outside. There's a retail park opposite and a fast food restaurant. Great store and location, everything you need under this one roof!

I love this branch of Asda Superstore at Old Kent Road!
The reason I like it is that it has everything compared to the smaller asdas.
At the moment, you can also get vx there as the NHS have a big unit there.

ASDA IS OPEN TILL MIDNIGHT DURING COVID! Also has electric points and a 24hr card only patrol station

I've been going to this Asda for decades and since before Christmas the loyalty app hasn't been working on my phone. Today after I had done my shopping, Stephanie approached me and asked if I had the loyalty card. I instructed her that it hadn't been working for months and she showed me how to add it to my Google pay app!!!!!! Thank you so much Stephanie!!!! I've lost so many points but gained an easier system.

It is a brilliant store. I've used this since it first opened, and I still use it sometimes, even now; the staff is friendly, helpful, and polite, and they do their job.

Always one of my favorite supermarkets! Sometimes the quality is not exceptional, but at least the prices are low compared to direct competitors. The building is large and well maintained, a variety of exceptional products, and above all a lot of merchandise, considering that the area is logically overcrowded it would take a lot more supermarkets of this size. The latest generation automatic tillers are very functional. Excellent variety of international products. highly recommended

I used to work in this Asda over a year ago as a driver. This is the best place ever. Could literally do whatever I want as you are your own boss once your on the road. As long as deliverys are done they don't care about anything else. Back in the store and they will never ask a driver to help out.

Quick service. I was looking for something in particular and the young lady showed me with a smile, which is very rare in today's times.

The atmosphere seems to be changing there now, some of the people who work there are more friendly and helpful, which is an improvement.

Much change is needed stock wise, as there seems to be lots if empty shelves, stock is empty in many areas, which is quite unusual. I got there at 624pm.

From what I could see today there weren't many staff around, this needs improving.

All in all my shopping experience was great.

It's a great place to shop your items at an affordable price and at top quality too, professional customer service from the staffs I came across when I visited the store with my wife, they were totally friendly and helpful in locating the products. Brilliant

It's a long time since I've been to Asda, because of the lockdown. I have been going to the much closer Iceland, who don't need a pound coin to use the trolleys.
Of course, I turned up without any cash, didn't I(!).
I asked if I could buy a pound coin with my card, but they just unlocked a trolley for me and asked me to return it to Customer Service when I was done.
It's a small thing, but I appreciate it.

i went here, this was the first asda i ever went too. big story fairly shorter, they sold shanks here so i got to buy one and then threatened an old man to buy me some vbucks for the season 5 battlepass (my fav skin is the drift skin, that same skin got me into the "Wife" situation!

I really appreciate their service that they provide I have been shopping their for the past 4 years and their service is on the top and I would like congratulate one of their staff by the name of Jonatha I believe, She was really helpful.

Great store! Well laid out and spacious. Gets busy on weekends but what supermarket doesn't? Courteous and friendly staff. Good prices and always plenty of things on special offer

Best Supermarket on Old Kent Road, hands down. They have the best selection, bargains, delicious treats and healthy snacks all there for you to purchase. Trust me, this is where you wanna be buying your items. You will never go back to the old ways.

This Asda is always stocked and decent for me, and the specific ITem everyone is looking for is at customer service, and the flavour that ive tried is amazing same as the food
