Walking distance from my house. Not as big as the one in romford market but had everything I needed.

Very good on delivery store clean good value for money

Love Brian. Absolute legend. So is fake Brian. Know what? Give all the Brian's a raise. Pure deserve it. Never seen better customer service, pure class. He saw that one of my items was damaged and offered me a refund and made sure to come to the til so it withheld. Proper legend Brian is. Talk of Romford x

Extremely helpful... excellent

Very good customer service a staff member called Alex really went the extra mile. He personally delivered a loaf of bread to us when the one we ordered only had a short sell by date on it. Shame other companies can’t be like this.

My favourite go to stores, has everything l need, clean, and friendly staff, noticed prices gone up, but still a good variety of foodstuffs.

Can't praise this team enough!!!. Been shopping here 8 years and never ever had an issue. Young team and so kind, helpful and cheerful. All through lockdown they were really organised and shelves always fully stacked full of fresh food. They always run and get something if I can't find it! TBH service here has reduced my shopping in all the other supermarkets!

Lots of good value food

You know what it is. But apart from frozen goods, there are fresh fruit and veg, cereals and bread and other store cupboard items. Good value.

It's a good store with plenty of stock, great offers and friendly staff. A joy to shop there.

Great place and friendly staff who smile and communicate and help you all the times .I travel from Ilford to this shop in Romford just because if the staffs work here .

Independently located. Useful to have in a place where there isn't many other shops around. Spacious and fully stocked. Lifesaver at times!

Love Icelands great value for money , could have more choice on pasta sauce' s ect but doesn't put me off frozen foods are brill
