Costa Coffee is good, the rest of it less so.

When u asking for hidden price of tobacco products they make u a problem and said don’t have time to that… ridiculous. If someone from staff don’t feel good in his job can always change it’s simple! 🙋🏻‍♂

Stopped here on a night out as a hgv driver majority of the mens toilets were unusable due to blockage with out of use signs on, terrible smell, hgv car park isn't much of a designated parking area more of a free for all, park where you like scenario. Shower was inconvenient, 2 cubicles but only a bench outside of the cubicles to place belongins but anyone could walts in and take, inside the shower all the floor tiles were broken and cracked and out of place quite dangerous to step on. The ONLY plus side to these services on my visit was the pleasant staff inside WH Smiths and Burger King, very warm and happy to serve. Worst Moto services I've been to. Wouldn't recommend.

Stopped there today and issues with the card machine and staff member was rude , threatening and aggressive
