Great shop, staff are really friendly. As with all these shops there's a limit of 90 mins parking which I think should be extended for pensioners and disabled, my mom has been fined at a Lidl for over staying and she'd not been anywhere else.

Good selection of foods at affordable price nice to see they have a collection box for the food bank aswell

Car park very dangerous. Trolleys roll away. Nearly hitting our car and our granddaughter rolled away in trolley nearly colliding with a artic. Way too much camber in disabled parking

Best supermarket in Kidderminster/Stourport area, hands down. Clean shop and affordable prices. The freezer section could be improved though.

Good clean store, plenty of free parking. Store opens checkouts if a question starts to build up. Good choice and great value. The bakery is really great and hard to beat.

he products are easy to find, the staff very professional especially the cashier Rafaela who helped us a lot. She is very smiling and polite to everyone!!!

Sad that customers are required to wear masks but staff either have no mask or are just covering their mouth hence nose uncovered better staff more helpful nicer staff today

Very pleasant little Lidl. I broke down nearby late on bank holiday Monday and sought refuge while waiting for the recovery truck. Was able to get some nice nibbles for dinner while I waited. Also, the manager/supervisor was very understanding and helpful. So a big thankyou to them 👍

Love this store... the staff make it for me, helpful, friendly, professional. All this, and not to mention the great value. Safe practices are monitored. Face coverings are worn by the majority of customers so they're not coughing all over the goods. The manager runs a tight ship and it shows. It's a credit to all that work there.

Nice size store with ample parking. Stocks a wide range of fresh fruit veg and meat and now also has an app based rewards program. Really good in - store bakery and plenty of fresh fruit&veg. This store sometimes has the cut price veg boxes for £1.50 by the packing shelf

Exactly what you'd expect from a budget supermarket. The special offers can be really good at times, but they can also be a bit random. When in stock, the clothing is good value, especially children's wear which washes really well. The fresh meat and fish are always excellent quality and value, and the range of cold meats and cheeses is brilliant!

Good quality food for fantastic prices. Staff were friendly and helpful. A positive experience. We travel a few miles to shop here as we find it worthwhile and can plan complete meals with everything supplied for a weekly meal plan. Fruit and vegetables are fresh because of the price and fast turn over. We do enjoy shopping at Lidl for its fresh food and fantastic fare at fabulous prices!

A really lovely Lidl. Staff is always so friendly. Such a lovely change after moving from a county that any Lidl you went to had miserable staff. Always happy to shop here. 😊

Lidl is my preferred choice of shopping as we can buy most of the items we need from this store, quality's good, and prices are kept low. Unfortunately, there's often queues at the till, although this is somewhat understandable, as they are keeping prices low, by keeping costs down, and obviously employing fewer staff. The staff work very hard, and are always polite and welcoming, ensuring it's always a nice friendly atmosphere, for us regular customer's too. Also, one of my favourite things about Lidl, is the Food Bank, and Battery Recycling Station, placed by the exit door. if everyone who can afford it, donated just a little item, everytime they entered the store, this would really help those in need, and to eradicate poverty, and we wouldn't even notice it, on our bill. Obviously recycling anything, such as batteries, is fantastic for the planet too.

Clean, tidy and lots of products available. Other customers don't understand social distancing, but you can't blame the shop for other peoples idiocy. Overall pleasant shop and very well organised.

Brilliant place to shop!! They had everything I needed for my Christmas shop (and other yummy things besides) All the staff were lovely, so friendly & giving hand sanitised wipes to customers!!

Can I just thank the Young lady cashier for helping me today with my shopping.
It is my first time going shopping all on my own in 18months as i suffer Anxiety it was a task I had to overcome.
I came into the store applied the hand gel and cleaned trolley at the station everything was at hand.Got everything I needed approached the till there was only 1 in front of me so put all my shopping on the Conveyer belt last few items started slowing down..I get to the other end to pack and start having a Panic attack,I couldn't breathe the young Lady said I could remove my mask to allow more air and scanned and packed all my shopping for me.She made me feel and deal with the situation so much better.I left the store after about 10mins and waited outside as I was sick and totally drained.I'm home now.
It was a hard task I had to complete and have done it feeling proud of myself but I really cannot thank that young staff enough,she deserves an award or recognition as for someone suffering Anxiety the hurdles are already overwhelming but with caring and understanding people like this young lady helps and will help me no end.I cannot wait to get better but today was my first step but it was forward and not backwards.
