Jacob was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was also good at listening and pitched his answers to our queries appropriately- he didn’t use jargon that went over our heads, he understood what we needed to know and communicated it clearly and simply. This is a rare skill and often overlooked or undervalued - he’s a credit to the store!

I have just been served by a really lovely staff member named Matt.
He advised me the best deal on a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Was so polite and helpful, the whole experience was 10/10.

Wandered around and wasn't stalked by over-zealous sales-assistants. As a result, I was able to think about what sort of fridge-freezer to buy. I was assisted in this exercise without being accosted by terrible loud store music too. (spare a thought for badly dressed women who may simply be unable to buy new clothes in a store with loud music drilling into their mind) Left with the delivery of a fab fridge-freezer (Hisense RB327N4AWD) organised in a few day's time. (Next day was an option, if you wanted that.) The Hisense is cornering the low to middle-income households due to space/size/style and price. It's a large size for a low price per year to run and to buy outright. You can't go wrong with white. They have more trendy colours which you won't want to look at in 10 years time when this fridge will still be going strong. It is super quiet too.

Upgrading ID mobile 'phone. Jordan was busy but made sure everyone waiting was acknowledged and he managed to wade through the "computer says no" issues with patience and creativity so that we got the deal we wanted with useful intel as we progressed. Highly recommended service.

We went in to buy a new washing machine. I have to say the guy who helped us (Kam) was excellent. Could answer all our questions, was very efficient and made our purchase very easy.

Today we were assisted by Shane as I needed to replace my laptop for uni. His customer service was exceptional, he was very knowledgable and patient! Thank you for your help today- I really appreciate it :)

Clean, tidy and well presented store. Disabled parking just to the side of the entrance too.

Dan, Liz and Sarah-Lou are all very friendly, polite and knowledgable, ask for them and if you are lucky enough for one of them to be available you will be in safe hands.

Good range of items available to take away but if they are not in stock they can normally get hold of them fairly quickly.

Bought new TV but unable to over come the technical stuff .so returned it and had a very good experience with counter staff well done curry's

I went in there the everyday to get a remote control for a TV the staff work very very helpful so much so I'm gonna buy my washing machine from there

Went in today to purchase a washing machine and fridge freezer and delt with a bloke called Richard he was very helpful and I highly recommend this store and make sure you speak to Richard

JORDAN IS A LEGEND! If you’re thinking of getting a phone in this store and you’re lucky enough to be served by Jordan, you will get the best consumer experience possible. We always go back to see him in the Carphone Warehouse section of this Currys store. He is so pleasant to be around and never makes you feel pressured to choose a specific phone or contract. Very knowledgeable about backups and changeover etc. A huge credit to Currys and CPW.

I used to have such a downer on Currys but in the last year they've impressed me quite a bit. This branch dealt with me having to exchange a faulty VR headset efficiently and even fixed me up with a better deal since the price had come down since I purchased it. Collecting my order was simple as I could log that I had arrived in a queuing app and they brought a few orders from the storeroom at the same time so I wasn't waiting around for very long.

Had what we needed in stock, and delivered the next day no additional charge, but we did spend £900 on a new American fridge freezer with a 5 year guarantee. Polite and friendly staff, excellent service.

Needed a new vacuum, assistant very helpful and offered good advice.

We managed to choose some tall fridge there. Normally very difficult to buy. Staff was very helpful and polite.

I would just like to say from being in the store yesterday & to having my fridge delivered today the people involved in my purchase were amazing very knowledgable & the two guys who delivered to my flat in Staplehill were great not only did they carry it upstairs for me they did it with a smile both of them. The whole service I received was 5stars all the way. Thank you to you all.
