I recently had an immobilizer and aftermarket radio fitted to my car here, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The installation was done perfectly and the quality of their work is outstanding.

After a few weeks, I encountered a small issue when my car battery died. I returned to the shop, and they were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They promptly checked my car, found the issue, and resolved it without any hassle. Their customer service is top-notch, and they went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied.

After experiencing some problems with MBUX on my A Class, and not getting anywhere with the main dealership when explaining my problems, I found out about Mercedes Specialists Richard & Mark online. Upon contacting Richard, he promptly answered and explained exactly what my issues were and how they could be sorted out using the diagnostic system. The work took just over 2 hours and fixed all the problems I was experiencing. Thank you very much all - was well worth the drive up from South Wales!

I have a Mercedes with an old Comand NTG1. Mark and Richard guided me through the options for a replacement. They were fantastic and did a superb job installing the new Pioneer Unit. I am very pleased with the new system and can recommend them wholeheartedly.

Was having a problem with my SLK’s radio. I spoke to these guys and they were able to reboot and update the stereo, so no longer have a fault.

I had my E43’s Hermes 3G module replaced with the 4G version together with full COMAND software update to latest version. I also had a new dual LCD display installed to replace the factory fitted unit which had the (in)famous white ghosting. Richard and his team carried out the work in half a day in their fully equipped workshop. It was a pleasure to meet them and use their services and I will have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

If you want to experience what real customer service is like, don't bother with with Mercedes main dealers, come here instead. Mark & Richard, infact the whole team, are petrol heads and treat your car as if it were their own. They performed a Hermes update from 3G to 4G, complete software update, and it works absolutely bob on! Bare in mind the data card for the car is also amended, meaning ultimately the build plan for the car is changed and as such the relevant Mercedes me apps remain in place. Along with if your car did have to go back to Mercedes dealers fir some reason, they would see this as a legitimate upgrade...which if course it is. They could seriously not do enough for you. And ultimately see any issues that arise as a challenge that they will get round. I'm an engineer myself, also electronically trained and these guys really are switched on. Also, if you have Burmester audio in your Mercedes. Then you're probably thinking, as I was, that it's the best thing since sliced bread sound wise...its not, the amp is superb but the speakers! Get these guys to fit a Blam set of speakers in for you, then you'll notice the difference. It's like going from an ok stereo set up to a high-end setup which an audiophile would be proud of.
The round trip for me is 280 miles, honestly for the service you get and the support, it really is worth it. Highly recommended!

Richard, Rob and Mark did a fantastic job of installing Carplay to my AMG - it was clear from the outset that they are real enthusiasts, which put me at ease immediately. Not only did they complete the install bang on time, they went above and beyond to help with the on car power distribution, which saved me a heap of time and effort in getting everything sorted in the car after they’d finished. For any in-vehicle electronic work, whether it’s audio upgrades, security systems, dashcam or anything else, you won’t be disappointed. I can’t recommend Unique Car Sound & Security highly enough.

Upgraded my Mercedes Cabriolet as the stereo was lacking.

I was the first customer to arrive 07.06.2023 and close to being the last to leave, as Mark and Richard dedicated an unscheduled and disproportionate amount of their time and effort into a problematic diagnosis of my Mercedes COMAND head unit. At no point did Mark give up and their tenacity, experience and specialist expertise, with direct link to MB Germany, meant that I left with a fully functioning unit c/w replacement hard disk and its licensed Map at a fraction of what it would have cost to have a MB Main Dealer condemn the unit and offer total replacement because that is the limit of their capability when a hard disk has failed.
You can sense that the team really enjoy what they do and have a great customer focus which makes it welcoming and relaxed.
If you have an auto electrical issue I can highly recommend Unique Car Sound & Security who may be just the best at what they do.

Please also note, as an aside - just to follow up, the shop were good enough to trace my VIN number on my Mercedes my Harmon Karden speakers were always sounding a bit "shaky and distorted on the mid range to base frequencies'. I found partly to my shock horror, whoever specified the car must have specified cheaper H.K. speakers( at time of purchase from dealership) so Rob has fitted a descent set of morel speakers the ultimate 3 way combo ones. Rob I will see you in the new year to say a proper thank you Thanks you also Ken, and Mark for making my Mercedes Benz so updated. brought into the modern age of proper sounds I'm playing replays of favourite songs now and each has missing instruments coming to the fore. Well done all team.

readers - I would suggest you get a set of these remarkable speakers go treat your ears.

I was looking to upgrade the speaker system in my BMW 4 series convertible as the system was wanting.
Richard and Rob came up with a bespoke solution that I was really happy with.
Aftersales service has been excellent too when I asked if the system could be 'tweaked' once it was run-in.
The fact they are car enthusiasts really shows and I will definitely return for any future work or upgrades.

Bought a map update for Mercedes Command on-line. Excellent communication and service. Ordered on Thursday and installed in the car on Monday. Highly recommended.

I wanted to retrofit folding mirrors to my Mercedes-Benz W169. My local dealer in Tasmania refused to supply parts as "the vehicle was not built with this option" so I emailed Richard to see if he would be able to supply from UK to Australia. Richard gave me a quick response to let me know he could, I provided my VIN and within a day he had not only secured the correct parts for me but had also registered the retrofit on the Mercedes-Benz database to ensure that the mirrors could be "found" when I get to code the appropriate modules.

The parts arrived within 10 days of posting and they were the correct Mercedes-Benz OEM parts which gave me great confidence that they would work as OEM parts should. It took me a couple of hours to fit the parts. Richard walked me through to modules which need to be coded.

This was my first order with ComandOnline UK and I can recommend them without reservation. Great customer service, great OEM parts, great delivery.

Great service to retrofit Apple CarPlay to my Mercedes. The team are real professionals that updated my car to activate Apple CarPlay, they update the data with Mercedes so it is an official install and no risk of having it wiped with a dealer update, etc. They were able to book me in with two days notice, it took about an hour and there is a lovely coffee shop across the road to enjoy whilst you wait with WiFi if you want to do some work. Fantastic experience. After having an ordeal with the local VW dealer who quoted me £2500 to replace my in car entertainment. I spoke with Mark who explained my options. I took it in and the work was duly completed in the time they said it would take. Upon collection Mark ran through how it worked and I’m so delighted with it. As a woman getting work like this done can be a minefield but I felt totally at ease and confident they had my best interests at heart.
