I loved this place. It was like heaven on earth for my 15 years old daughter :D they sell all beauty products, even for some known brands, for very good prices.

Friendly staff, lots of bargains to be had there and a great amount of variety! I love it

The two ladies working today were very helpful helping me select products for my skin tone/ at the till. The till girl (my receipt says Saima C) was helpful last time too, without being pushy to purchase like some other shops... Thank you. Otherwise I'd have probably only bought hair spray.

So, I recently visited The Beauty Outlet, and I have to say, it was quite a busy place! However, I did notice that one worker seemed to be more focused on chatting than serving customers, which was a bit disappointing. Despite this issue, I must say that the overall experience at The Beauty Outlet was still positive, since this young lady helped me out at the till, and I believe she deserves a raise! And the quality of the products I purchased was great. I hope that The Beauty Outlet takes customer feedback seriously and addresses the issue of employees being too busy chatting instead of serving customers promptly. The lady chatting away was very rude, I wish i caught her name so i could write it in this review!

I recently visited the Beauty Outlet at the O2 arena in London while on a trip from Nottingham, and I had a very disappointing experience with their customer service at the till.

I wanted to check the price of an item while paying for others. Upon finding out it wasn't worth the price, I decided not to buy it. However, the lady next to the entrance rudely interrupted the transaction, saying, "put it back," even though she was still scanning my items. I placed the item near the till, but she repeated her demand rudely. I asked if I could finish paying first, but her attitude remained unprofessional.

Additionally, I noticed that two items had incorrect prices displayed, and I ended up paying a different price at the till. Trying to return these items turned into another unpleasant and rude experience.

My visit to the Beauty Outlet completely ruined what had been a brilliant day. This store's poor customer service can ruin your entire mood, day, and even holiday experience. I won't be stepping into this store again. If the staff cannot perform their jobs properly, they should consider resigning. Customers deserve better treatment.
