What an absolute delight - went in to see if I could get some help with my broken BenRoss trolley - and within 10 days got a call to say the spare part was in (free of charge) - all the staff are so helpful and friendly- highly recommended for all your golfing needs 👍🏻😎

Been here a fair few times lately, most recently for custom fitting of the Taylor P790s by Chris who was very friendly and knowledgeable, he was able to answer all my questions and provide information around how different factors affect my swing.
I was also served by Scott who was very friendly, welcoming and informative of the entire process and set accurate expectations for the custom build ETA.
Can't fault the customer service of the guys in store, First class!!

Needed just one club urgently regripped. Took it there and on the spot, they did it hassle free and it’s spot on.

Went for my son who is just starting to play golf, the guy that served us was super helpful and gave brilliant advice and wasn't at all condescending which we've experienced in other shops. Brilliant service will definitely go back

Well stocked, plenty of free parking and very helpful staff. These shops are typically quite small so don’t expect to see everything you can find online.

The guys here are so welcoming and helpful. Have recieved two fittings with Pete and gave me some valuable advice on clubs and my swing. Was impartial and took into account my budget too. Spent a chunk on a club just before black Friday prior to deals but spending some more during black Friday and my new club being on offer the guys gave me a loyalty discount. Top service!

A very knowledgeable young man (who's name evades me) helped me to select 2 hybrid rescue clubs. He was patient and did not rush me whilst i was on the simulator trying as many clubs until i was comfortable with my decision. I will go back to American Golf in future to buy golf clubs and equipment as the service i got was excellent, i didn't feel rushed and the prices were very competitive.

Lots of options, attentive staff. Opportunity to try clubs. Some good bargains. Some limited stock but that was after a discounted event so not surprised.

Having used the custom fitting for my putter and now for my 3 wood, I wouldn’t buy any clubs any other way. The advice and lack of sale presssure helps you make the right choice every time. Very happy
