Despicable service!!
I purchased wine from this shop for a party. We drank most of it and we all started to feel quite sick from it. A friend emptied the rest into the kitchen sink.
I tried to return the wine the next day explaining it made us feel sick.
The clerk, who was polite, said he couldn't do anything because they don't refund anything and the bottles were empty.
I spoke with the manager, who was rude and came across as a facetious person.
Now I was polite and calm with him the whole time and understood why he wouldn't refund the wine because of it being empty (my friends fault for emptying it) but it was the manner in which he spoke with me and the fact he didn't care.
I walked out after realising nothing was too be done and then he called out to me and I went back but only to be told that he was banning me from the shop with no reason but that it's his right to ban anyone he chooses too.
What an absolute disrespect to a customer who was made sick from a productive he sold.
The previous owner to this shop was polite and friendly, as is what a local shop keeper should be.
The new owner know nothing about customer service.
Do not shop here or the phone shop he owns next to this.

Out of date food and a filthy shop. Judging by the owners personal hygiene I think he and his shop need a good clean.

Poor qauilty rude and they sometimes over price.
