The reason for One Star? They are selling a product which is not fit for purpose. I purchased a number of their Expandable Trouser/Skirt Hangers and, after a few weeks (some a lot less) they started to break, always in the same place. Perhaps if they used decent quality materials, they would be fit for the purpose for which they are sold. 😞☹

Ordered over 2 weeks ago, sent an email saying dispatched, but tracking still says royal mail haven't received package, can't contact them, and have ignored my email too
