Better value for money on everything, less big brand names but the store equivalent are often alot better.. Meats last longer too

Often a nice experience, but a brilliant one today. One member of staff, Joe, was very efficient, attentive and overall pleasant. He went out the back for us 3 times and just showed a general willingness to be helpful. He's a fantastic example of how all working in customer service should be

Very complete, compact, comfortable and best place to visit a shopping mall in Chelmsford zone.

I come here every week to do my food shop and I love this store. I would like to put a a lovely comment about Tony on checkouts my little girl looks to him every week. And sometimes we have to Que to see him. He is a assett to your store.

Not one to leave reviews however wanted to say thank you to Sayla (sorry if spelt wrong) who tried to coach me into using the new self service, when I said no, she decided to take it upon herself and do the whole check out. Did it all with a smile too. What a great example of customer service, thank you.

Easy parking, very reasonable prices

Always efficient, well stocked and keen to support customers. The toilet facilities are typically open and clean.

It is nice and tidy and well stocked store. Staff are very polite and helpful. Store layout is very convenient to find what every is needed. Ample parking with additional disable and family bays available. Store's entry and exit is disable friendly and very convenient. Overall an excellent store.

Excellent value supermarket that is rapidly becoming the nation's favourite. Not many brand names but 95% of what's on offer is comparable. Good value meat and veg and as the adverts say, you really do save money against the big name shops. Well worth a visit.
As with everywhere prices are increasing, including Aldi, but they are still cheaper than the big boys.

Prices not so cheap now. Probably on par with Tesco etc. Tesco do delivery so for my main shop it's always gonna be them. For bits and bobs however it's Aldi all the way.

Aldi has been a great place to shop during the lockdown, brilliant value for money. During the evenings it has always been uncrowded and easy to shop which is great when you just want to get in and get your food shop done. Staff are always helpful with great customer service. Granted you can't get everything you need here in terms of food shopping, but what you do get you are saving on in comparison to the bigger supermarkets.

Managed to buy a dog seat cover, hammock type for £6.99 that I was going to order on line for £18..a small dog harness that fits my dog, result that was £3.99. Chocolate freedom half the price of the big chains. Well lit, clean, well stocked +loads of parking space. Can recommend.

Great quality food at reasonable prices will use in future if one can do it so can the others

Great prices, free parking and friendly staff. Can sometimes be a little cramped inside when busy especially when staff are replenishing the shelves during busy times.

Aldi's meat range of products is always of the highest of quality, taste and of course the price us great too.

Excellent as I went at 8am easy parking outside, got everything I needed and no waiting at the tills as opened extra ones. Well done Aldi

Store Now has self service checkouts for those with less items. Very much needed and has installed video cameras at till so I can wave to myself lol
