The staff in this branch are really really pleasant and helpful. What a massive contrast to traditional trade counters!!!! AND they love dogs ❤ went in with my young black lab and they all loved her , what a pleasant and memorable few minutes in my otherwise dreary and tiresome Sunday afternoon. ..... If I lived in Chelmsford I would beat a path to their door every weekend 🤪

Fast and great service. Ordered what I needed online and picked it up the next day with ease. Now with self service mashine if you have ordered online and paid with a card. Staff are always helpful and lots of knowledge to help happy DIYers like myself.

Convenient place to buy various tools for making a mess of your house. Or doing your job I suppose, if you know what you're doing. Friendly staff. Fast to order online and collect in store. Generally good stock, or alternative products available.

Screwfix is one of those magical shops that if you want something, they sell it, as long as it's not a loaf of bread.

Best place for diy stuff... cheaper than the homebases and b&qs.. friendly staff. Better to click and collect to make it faster. I was able to return things without receipt - they just used my postcode and were able to process.

You just can't go wrong , huge range of tools and fixings, staff who can help with tech questions and amazing opening hours tailored to helping you get the job done. Always a spot to park in , good website and quick service. I do use other firms but I've never had a bad purchase at Screwfix, T any branch.

Ordered online one day ahead to make sure my journey wasn't wasted. Good choice of hinges (I needed sprung cabinet hinges) and ready for me when I arrived.

None of us like the new fangled rules imposed from above with an invisible foe. Screwfix abiding to the rules in a very human way. They always seem to have the majority of what I want but next day fills the gaps. Well done people, keep it up!

The two guys who served me @ 7.15pm-ish on 16/3/2018 were fantastic. Brand new store just opened, staff went out of their way to help, great!

What can you say about Screwfix other than I'd be very surprised if they don't have what you need. They certainly had what I needed for a reasonable price. Good location as it's easy to get to and park.

Great prices and most items are in stock for near immediate collection. I have to add that the staff have been fabulous during lockdown.
