Had a lovely experience today with this lovely lady called Irena from the fragrance side of the store. Me and my friend wanted to check out for a lipstick and we noticed the little perfume bottles. The lady told us we can get it filled with a selection of perfume offered. She was patient and kind throughout the whole time ,as my friend was indecisive on which perfume to go for. It’s not an everyday thing to go shopping and experience such kind individuals.

I received the best customer service I have ever had in boots from Irene, she helped me pick a perfume and was so lovely and patient. She really went the extra mile to ensure I had picked the perfect Christmas gift. I am extremely grateful.

Popped in for a few items today and was greeted by the lovely Tangina. Absolutely couldn’t fault her helping me today. She was very helpful and chatty with me. I will definitely be going back after the pleasant shopping experience with her.

I went into Boots today to buy the Mario Badescu drying lotion for my sudden cheek acne. The fact that it was out of stock; i saw it as a sign for me to ask a skin specialist on my next steps. Then i came across a lovely Muslim woman called Misbah who works for No7. As a Muslim woman myself i could talk to her about the hurdles i face with my skin on a day to day basis, whilst practicing my faith too. Misbah knew her stuff PROPER. No joke. She scanned my skin and said what i needed to do to clear my acne. Honestly I feel like she was a god-send. This is exactly what i needed to help me boost my self esteem again. I feel hopeful that this regime works on my skin to help clear out my skin. We need more honest Muslim women in this industry.

It's a huge Boots branch and this one has almost everything you need.

I love that they have a self check out kiosk too.

I had an issue with a faulty foundation I ordered online - Rabby at Stratford Westfield was incredibly helpful! She was super friendly and made me feel at ease, making sure my issue was dealt with straight away! Cannot thank her enough (especially as I didn't have a lot of time and the store was really busy!)

I went to Boots and was greeted by Isra, she helped me shade match my concealer from Huda Beauty and recommended me some products to try. She was very helpful and patient with me and talked me through different products she thinks would be great.

I was little confuse when i entered in the boots , as i want to buy some makeup products but dont know how to use it as one of the person working there name ( sheme ) help me a lot . She did my whole face things and then tell me exact shade thats soot me and then tell me everything to do makeup . That i reallly appreciate. Thanks a lot:

She give me a small sample as my skin is dry and I literally spend a lot but nothing happens. Definitely coming back .

You can find most beauty, health products here. The salesperson on the perfume counter was very helpful and I was able to make a purchase within 10 minutes, so very pleased.

Westfields Boots is a good place to pick up your prescription. As well as any toiletries and beauty items you may require. This store is exceptional due to having glasses and electricals

It’s always a pleasure visiting this branch, especially the perfume section when you want to buy a gift. My daughter always looks forward to seeing a gentlemen named Michael. He makes you and the family feel very welcome, especially if you have any kids with you! I’ve been served by Michael several times, and he always puts a massive smile on my daughters face by giving her the sample perfumes for her to enjoy! I’ve also been served by Tamina and Jolita, and honestly speaking, the give you the Harrods feel when you make a gift purchase. The team are wonderful here! Thank you Michael, Tamina and Jolita!

Had the most wonderful trip to Boots Westfield Stratford today. I went in for some makeup products and needed help finding some new products and the entire team was so supportive. Jack was very helpful and patient with me. He recommended me very good products and I was pleased with my overall experience.
