When I visited recently (to exchange a soda stream gas cartridge) it was l amazing to see the staff going above and beyond to help the customers.
I couldn't initially find the item so the assistant located it with me and completed the exchange without issue.
Her colleague in the meantime was assisting another customer not only ensuring they had the correct print cartridge but helped them to install it as well.
Honestly a great level of service across the board.

Very friendly staff. Went just before they close their shop as I was on full time duty. But the staff was very helpful. I got confused with the way and she directed me with all the directions over the phone. Really really helpful....... Should definitely say amazing service.... 😍😍😍😍😊😊😊😇😇

Went in looking for some supplies for when I start uni classes and a lovely woman called Diane helped me decide what to get and had a very funny humour which in my books is amazing as makes my shopping trips more fun. She’s definitely an asset to your company. Very very happy. :)

Diane was very helpful I needed a new iPhone lead. She used my phone to try the rainbow coloured leads to ascertain which lead I needed. I was very interested in the lead. She showed me how to plug both into my charger I previously purchased a few weeks ago. It worked like a dream. Diane was so lovely and easy to talk to.

Stationery with style and a sense of humour. Far be it from me to criticise other shops in the Square, but few offer the warm welcome, helpful attitude and charm of Rymans. I only came in for a notebook - Leuchtturm of course - and was able to pick one from a rainbow of colours. Even payment is relatively painless. Brava, ladies.
