Excellent service today I called in to pick up a few things bonus was you had French Mustard which I have not been able to find anywhere!!
The lady on the till was very helpful and provided excellent service (it was her first day)

Can't praise enough needed large order of bread . Spoke to Mike he assured me he would bake extra and label them for me to collect in the afternoon. As promised they were ready for me.Big thanks to Mike excellent customer service.

Love Waitrose Bedford produce and staff, but the store is far too cold and the Café needs some attention!

Excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. Not normally over busy. Like that the trolleys are cleaned for you. Good range of products and we'll stocked. Added more offers.

I like the Waitrose here, the scan system is really useful and makes so much sense taking as little time as possible to check all the items out. Never had a problem with any of the products from here and the staff have been consistently lovely when speaking to them. It's a little more on the pricy side for some things but it's got a good balance of items in different ranges all things considered.

Great size store, has everything you want for a weekly shop without being too big, therefore taking ages to get around. Really like the fish counter here.
Quite often will cheat with a Waitrose ready meal at weekends instead of a take away these days...much nicer.

This was my first click and collect with waitrose. They were very helpful, the car park could have had clearer signage as to where the click and collect bays are. But it's only small so didn't take long to work it out. But the way they do it is quick, no hanging around waiting for someone to bring your groceries like another supermarket I've used!

It's a Waitrose, usual selection of good quality products plus some stuff you won't find in the other large supermarkets.

There was a short wait outside but only for a few minutes. Staff are pleasant and helpful. I collected a parcel and did a shop while I was there. I will collect my parcels here again as it was easy

Good full range of products unlike some other major supermarkets. Really fabulous checkout staff and the security marshal was lovely. A pleasure to shop even during lockdown. Thanks Waitrose 😊

It's always a pleasure to shop at Waitrose. The staff are so helpful and there's no need to feel rushed at any point. The food is fabulously fresh, and I salivate looking through the Waitrose magazine!

The staff are the biggest asset to Waitrose in Bedford, always helpful, always polite. It's the little things, for instance, when it was raining heavily once, the security guard got an umbrella and walked me to my car so I wouldn't get wet. I love the genuine interest the staff show in their customers and the way they go out of their way, literally, to engage and help customers.

My favourite shop: small but very useful and preferable, as a very good quality of good food 👌 😋

The Waitrose shopping experience is far easier than in any other supermarket. Self-checkout saves time and effort - no more taking it out of the trolley and then repackaging it. Just scan it and put in shopping bags. When staff are needed they are easy to find and very helpful.

Went to do the weekly shop today only a short queue trolleys are sanitized for you as you go on easy to get round keeping distance plenty of items on the shelf checkouts were screened for the staff and your safety staff were helpful pleasure to shop under the circumstances of covid 19 well done to my local Waitrose

Store good size for those that dislike a 5 mile hike around superstores just to get a few bits and bobs. Good quality produce. Excellent staff. Just wish that waitrose would employ someone to keep car park and grassed area litter free....sometimes the approach to the store looks as if you are approaching a landfill site. I have Changed my rating to 5 stars due to generous donation Waitrose made to the night shelter bedford. Well done Waitrose of Bedford.😀

Absolutely brilliant customer service! Lauren on the tills was very polite and willing to answer questions, she definitely seemed to be one of the happier people in the shop!

Great quality and trusted shop. Amazing neat stacked layout and presentation that sets it off from other markets. The price is for the outstanding quality.
