staff are chill and stops me from starving to death

Easy to shoplift here.

I am absolutely sickened by this place. There is no other shop I have been to where the staff are so utterly appalling that they don't even treat you as a human, to them you are simply their entertainment so they can mock you or try to talk to you in an attempt to dig up dirt they can chat about later, behind your back of course. Paula is a loud squeaking foul mouthed woman (I would hardly class her as a woman at all), freely mocking everyone who walked into her damp hovel of a shop it doesn't matter if you're elderly or sick Paula and her lazy eyed black haired companion will gladly bully you but only behind your back because simply put they're lowly cowards.

It really speaks for itself that the only good review on this place was written by Paula herself and is the only review that has been responded too. If Mccols keeps up this lack of care for their customers I will not hesitate to drag this shop through the mud and get these foul mouthed women out of a job.

Took a parcel in to return and it was refused based on all the post sacks being full and not having any storage room.

My parcel could have easily sat on top of the parcels until the post office van arrived with new bags and likewise there was space behind the counter to store my box.

Second incident of poor service from this local post office. I'm going to Aintree Post Office from now on!

Would be nice if the staff paid attention to their customers and not constantly chatting between themselves and not focusing on the job in hand
