The items are what they are , not the best but do the job. The man who served me though was called John and he was very good at his job.

Went the other day to buy a slide and asked them about a pool table I bought at Christmas that had some damage when delivered. Emily was a great help and very friendly and efficient. Excellent customer service

I haven't been since shops and businesses have been open for customers to enter!!! However when I last shopped there. The service was good. They had staff, taking your details of your order. Then staff inside bringing orders out. How bizarre, rating a shop on its social distancing practices. They did very well.

Great to have in the area and always in stock for a relatively small Argos store. The negative reviews are clearly over exaggerated and one side to a story. It’s always easy to post negatively than to go out of your way to post positive ones.

People with silver spoons in their mouths should take a step back and appreciate what retail staff have gone through in the last 18 months.

Living near this Argos it has been really useful to have one nearby rather than having to make the journey into town. Whenever i have been in it's also been quite quiet so that's good for speed of service, but also means that they don't always have the items in stock so always check on the website before going down. If they don't have it in stock they can have it in stock by the next day though which works well for me as I am happy to wait until the next day.

Very good experience in this argos - was helped with a return by an employee named John who was extremely helpful from the minute I walked in!

Fantastic service. I came in for a item which was out of stock. The 2 members of staff who supported me, offered me alternative option. Which was better than the one I chose and cheaper. Very happy with the service I received

Great experience, lovely staff and shop. I was gutted when they closed the Homebase outlet but thrilled when they opened the new state of the art store on the same retail park. It's a credit to our area and saves me having to go to Colton or Leeds City Centre

Alwayws brilliant, efficient service and super helpful, friendly staff. Recently went in to return an item without receipt but they quickly located the purchase on their system with just my email and replaced the item no problem - really impressed.

I just want to say a huge thank you to the staff member who answered the phone before opening hours - your customer service was exemplary and your dedication to customers meant I could reserve a PS5 which has been difficult this Christmas! Thank you.

It's nice to have an argos on our door step. Staff are really helpful and bringing items to cars if needed. It's clean, well organised and fast service! Staff are really nice as well :)

I went over today to buy a basketball. Johnny went out of his way to pump the ball for me. Absolutely brilliant service.
