Sainsbury's Local

I came to pick up a parcel from Sainsbury’s Balham hill. And was met by a lovely staff. The service was 10/10 and was greeted by the manger on shift Richmond. Richmond was very kind, very respectful and intelligent. I was able to receive my parcel safely and quickly. Thank you very much to all the staff and security on the day especially Richmond. Thank you ☺

Just wanted to say amazinggggg set of people who work here. All ways friendly and very quick to help when needed. Big shout out to Azmina and the team. Just want to say thank you to all of them for their hard work and dedication.

Wow so amazingly set out shop. Such a diverse bunch of people working in there. The staff are always up for a laugh and willing to give discounts if you ask them! Or even free products!

Always get my red bull and hot coffee from here staff very nice no issues

The staff in this supermarket are very helpfull specially Mr Thiru .

Just extended opening hours till midnight and also open late on Sundays. Not very good selection though

The selection of products often varies and sometimes slightly disappointing but it's open late.

Sainsbury's local. I prefer the branch in Nightingale Lane, just over the road.
The staff here are lovely and very helpful.
I feel a bit of resentment that these shops are always have an extra mark up on prices. These feel rather unjustified.

Nothing special about this Sainsbury's store. Sometimes buy sandwiches from there. Also a bit scruffy and rather cramped.

I'm a local and I go there quite often literally every time I have to wait to get a bag as there are never and out and when you do ask the staff not only look at you as if you are trying not to pay for it but today I felt as I was stereotyped

Where is the no star option. Just such a dreadful store. Staff are very unhelpful and they have such a la odd range of items.

Rude staff. I went to pay for my groceries at the cash desk as I wanted to buy cigarettes and I was rudely told to use the checkout. I told the member of staff I wanted cigarettes and she just kissed her teeth and let me wait there for 5mins until someone else came to serve me.

I went there a different day and I saw her arguing with a customer at the checkout tills. Maybe hire nicer people or use a Development Plan on your current staff, Sainbsury’s?

I always stop in this little supermarket and staff in general are really nice to me. Few days ago, I was there I made a long queue, when I arrived at the till I realised that I wanted to change an item. I asked to the person at the till (Mr. Arif)if I could just change an item, he reply only rudely 'Quickly!'. I took 10 sec. to change and he complained that I wasn't that quickly. He was very aggressive. No comment!

Staff very rude yesterday night, i spoke with some friends about how I love this quiet place in London but this Sainsburys is the only exception.

Very rude staff. Workers and manager didn't know how to check balance on my gift card. They said it's imposible.lol

Staff were rude to me a couple of days ago. I wonder if some form of complaint would be a good idea.
