Nice clean and well stocked Supermarket a little way from the city centre. Always has a wide selection of interesting food stuffs and a very good fresh fish counter. Also has a large and nicely laid out free carpark for shoppers.

Sometimes a little light on staff and they seem to prefer you using self checkouts but overall when you get the till staff they are very pleasant and the store is always clean and runs well. Lovely welcome desk service and good free coffee

Went to buy a bottle of Whisky, which I know nothing about. The chap looking after the section was very knowledgeable and interesting and helped us pick a nice one. Thanks Buddy.

What a wonderful store this is with superbly helpful staff who certainly went beyond helpfulness to me yesterday! I lost an important cygnet ring in the store yesterday and one of their staff found it, handed it in and put it somewhere safe until I was able to collect it today. What a fabulous service! Today, my grocery shopping experience at Waitrose was nothing short of delightful. The store boasts an immense variety of baking products and fresh flowers, fruits and vegetables, but what truly caught my attention were the incredible hand washes and cleaning products. Surprisingly, Waitrose's in-house products not only come at a more affordable price point but also surpass other brands in terms of quality.

I highly recommend giving their products a try, with prices ranging from 90p to 2 pounds for detergents and wash. The value for money is impressive.

One of the standout aspects of Waitrose is its exceptional staff. Always ready to assist, they go the extra mile to help you find what you need. During my visit, I had a unique encounter with Mr. Tony, a generous and polite individual. Not only did he assist me at the checkout, but he also surprised me with a soft plant toy as a complimentary gift for my son, courtesy of Waitrose. It's rare to find such thoughtfulness, and it left a lasting positive impression.

Moreover, I discovered that Waitrose has an outstanding Christmas gifts collection and Christmas cards. The festive spirit is alive and well at Waitrose, and I am grateful for the unexpected Christmas gift from the company.

In conclusion, Waitrose not only delivers on the quality and variety of its products but also stands out for its exceptional staff and festive offerings. A shopping experience worth cherishing!

Excellent grocery store. Well stocked. Good staff working hard to keep up with merchandise.

Ample car parking spaces, easy access, clean and tidy. Has a wide variety of fish and meat products majority household brands, nice place to shop. Last but not least, extremely helpful staff

The staff make this store, they are friendly,polite and go out of their way to make all their customers feel they are important. The prices are similar for the same quality as any other supermarket and branded products are are exactly the same price. Great easy parking and they trust customers to not steal trolleys so you don't need a pound to use one! Free coffee for customers and a daily paper.

Avast ye scurvy dogs! I recently had the pleasure of visitin' Waitrose, a fancy supermarket that be no place for a pirate like meself. But I be pleasantly surprised by me experience.

The store be well stocked with all manner of fine foods and drink, fit for a king (or queen) of the high seas. The produce be fresh and the prices be fair, considerin' the fancy digs.

The crew be helpful and friendly, and more than happy to assist a scruffy pirate like meself. I even overheard a few of them makin' pirate jokes of their own!

I be particularly impressed with the wide selection of grog on offer. From fine wines to exotic spirits, there be somethin' for every taste. I even managed to score a bottle of rare rum, fit for the finest pirate captain.

All in all, it be a grand day of shoppin' at Waitrose. I'll be sure to make it me port of call on me next grocery run. Who says pirates can't enjoy a bit of luxury from time to time? Ahoy!

Great selection of food from meat and fish to vegetarian and vegan. Some very creative food ideas aswell. Fantastic alcohol selection. Good layout. Self serve scan as you go is good with lots of counters/tills for when you're ready to pay. Hand sanitiser is available throughout the store.

Got to be the largest Waitrose I know. One result is that product ranges are larger, particularly noticeable in the veg isles. I've only shopped here outside busy times when it has been quiet, but would think it likely to be fine when busy as there are also extra tills. Car park might be the limiting factor.

The best supermarket on the High Street, the produce is top quality, Good Deli and cheese counter. The fresh fish counter is very good. The instore bakery is excellent lots of different breads and pastries. Well laid out good choice of beers wines and spirits

Good sized store well stocked with plenty of top rate food and household goods with built in cafe.
Loads of parking and always seems one of the more civilised places to go - seems to now have an emphasis on self serve checkout which can be useful when busy
