No.1 Bra London

This company is just amazing. Having a large chest I have always found that bra straps leave dents in my shoulders and underwires poke into my sides.
But now I have found the No 1 Bra and I’m a huge convert.

Firstly the staff I have spoken with have been just so helpful. They have gone way beyond usual customer service and made sure I have found the right fit. I used the bra fit call and after three goes we have now found exactly the right size and style for my frame. They would not rest until I was 100% satisfied.

I can honestly say that I have never encountered such fantastic customer service in my whole 50 years. And the Bras are beautifully made and most importantly comfortable. They give me a fabulous shape and make my waist more visible, lifting my bust.

I will never buy my bras from anywhere else. Thank you

I bought myself some new underwear yesterday at No.1 Bra in Wheathampstead. It was a great experience. Kimmy was patient and respectful, helpful and friendly.
There are lots of bras to try on, some pretty colours as well as lots of different shapes and sizes. I bought Beige , but a good fit is SO comfortable! ... and I bought the knickers to match. Result!

The Darcy bra is my new favourite bra. The fabric is lovely and smooth, giving a smooth finish under clothes. The style of this bra does not lift the breasts so they're out there for display, instead it's beautifully supportive and extremely comfortable. It's not padded--big plus in my book, and is true to size.

I can't recommend No.1 Bra London highly enough. I purchased a bra for the first time a couple of months ago, and can say that it is the best bra I have ever worn. The customer service was also first class. No. 1 Bra have got a customer for life! Very impressed.

I recently bought the Kelly bra and I’m so pleased with the fit and comfort- well worth paying more than I usually would - it really does give me a great shape!
I’ve now ordered the Cara bra and hope I’m as happy with that too!!

Ordered bra in November wrong style..sent back by return of post .Spoke several times on the phone emails ect ect ....today 20.03.24 .rang to ask again and they hung up on me .refund will be 2 WEEKS ...Such a shame customer service is terrible as the product is Great ....

Sadly these were not for me, yes comfortable but not a suitable shape for me. Very ugly and unflattering.

Unfortunately customer services and trying to get a refund is soul destroying from this company. As with others here, I found the returns procedure impossible and customer services unable to listen and respond appropriately but keep on saying the same irrelevant things. Totally unacceptable. Do not waste your money

The returns procedure is very strange. I emailed saying the online system wasn't working. I quickly received an email and voicemail wanting to persuade me to exchange for another size rather than a refund. Since then no response at all to repeated requests from me for refund.

Lovely bras sadly they didn’t fit me. That being said arranging a return is a nightmare. It is very difficult to get any response to arrange a return and I have been waiting three weeks for a refund.

I quite liked the bras, but won't order again because of the return and refund nightmare. Absolutely diabolical.

Trying to get a refund from this company is an absolute nightmare!!
