Staff are excellent as always, the aisles (created by shielding units) are just wide enough for my wheelchair, and I'm a wide load so I'm sure it would be fine for most! 😜
Always very helpful in making sure you get the best deal and unlike similar shops don't force the optional extras on you, if you don't want them/aren't interested. Very knowledgeable and plenty of staff on hand at all times.

Great shop for buying games and consoles. I've been coming here for a number of years and so far I haven't bought anything that hasn't worked once I've got home. Everything I've bought has worked well with no issues even the second hand games. They always have a well stocked selection of games, you'll find yourself buying a few more than you went in there for. Staff are friendly and always happy to help.

I visited the store in Braintree and was given great service and Information by the assistant manger when I was purchasing a ultimate game pass on Thursday the 9th of June. Highly recommend.

I am always sent by the other half with no idea of what iv come in for really, the staff are brilliant theyve sorted the app out and are never to busy to answer a question etc!
