I’m a regular customer who shops at this whsmith. I’ve just about been able to find everything I need, apart from when I need to collect an order from here. But all else is good, staff are lovely and attentive to needs if be.

WHSmith in the Grosvenor Centre has downsized. However they still provide great service. In fact, I think that the downsizing made it a more homey store. Got exactly what I wanted.
