Thank you all Tesco workers for working really hard over Christmas! Came from shopping today and let's say even 8am was mental! Big shout to lady called TAY (hope I that got right) for helping me to find food. She was helping others as I was waiting in queue as well. Have a lovely Christmas all of you x

Always plenty of parking and the fresh produce is good. Good for a quick shop or a bigger weekly event. Just picked up some lunch this time. The petrol station just round the back is convenient.

Clean large store, good prices with a club card. Large carpark with a café inside and toilets.

Visited the pharmacy at Tesco Folkestone to get an emergency prescription. The ladies there were friendly, helpful, communicative and very efficient. Thank you!

We had to kill some time and I've promised my child a hot chocolate and a slice of cake.

We use Tesco Superstore in Cheriton on a regular basis but have never been in the Café.

We were greeted by very friendly staff that was extremely helpful.

The Coffee, Hot Chocolate and Muffins were excellent, moist and full of flavour. The Café itself was clean, tidy and almost empty. We were able to sit on a Sofa all alone.
The Italian Lemon Muffins had christalized Lemon on the top, Lemon Curd inside and were absolutely delicious.

We've bought the last blueberry Muffin for child number 2 who was delighted when we came home.

We highly recommend this Tesco's Supermarket Café 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Visited at 15:15hrs on Friday 03/02/23 and I'd like to bring to your attention the exemplary customer service I experienced from Elizabeth (whom initially referred to herself as Liz, but then stated her full first name without further prompt with a welcoming, warm, approachable smile and very friendly demeanour) who assisted myself in finding the clothing items in the size and style I was looking for, I'd seen them in other stores but was not in a position to purchase there and then.
She was very patient and very knowledgeable when I (badly) described what I'd seen elsewhere, she explained to me that different stores sometimes have a more "select" line of stock however, she knew of something in her department of a similar style that she could show me.
I obliged her offer and although I didn't find exactly what I was looking for, I did find something else that I preferred over what I'd previously seen in another store.
I must add that just after dealing with myself, Liz and I happened to encounter an abandoned trolley in the clothing section, mostly containing chilled goods that would spoil quickly if ignored (a good £40 worth that would have had to be written off if she hadn't acted in a very dilligent and responsible manner)
As a former section manager for your company I can't praise Liz's actions today enough and I'm very confident that she works with such forethought and care on every shift, I wish I'd had more people like Liz (Elizabeth) working with myself while I was employed by Tesco.

Well done Tesco for opening a new sushi bar. Absolutely stunning selection of different sushi and dumplings packed full of flavour. I will definitely be going back in the future as there were zero flaws all round.

Love Tescos ...you should go there at Christmas... There a member of staff ( he's really sweet ) when he wears his green legging or tights ..haven't got that close yet to find out which ones... But they all get into the spirit of Christmas at Tescos in Folkestone .... Just off the M20 just after the Euro Tunnel turn off ..... Can't miss it it's huge.3rd exit.

Visited Tesco sushi bar today 18/2/2023 and three of us chose a good selection of different types of sushi and it was absolutely beautiful, everything that we bought was so delicious, you must visit it and try it out I will definitely be getting more from there , well done Tesco .

Lovely range of choice in Cheriton Tescos Japanese counter Highley recommend to any one who loves fresh Japense food there and then they will most definitely be seeing me again and don't even get me started with the sheer excellence of flavour that it leaves on your pallet once you try it you'd really wanna go back for more. And thats what I'd most certainly be doing 10/10 on Freshness and made right Well done Tescos on the Japense Counter

I had a good visit today as normal got every thing that l wonted I go early in morning plenty of parking spaces and staff are very helpfull

Great store and staff that go above and beyond to help you, its just a shame mcdonalds is now taking up most of their car park, it will put alot of people off

Good quality products, good pricing on most everyday items and friendly staff.

This Tesco has become something of a regular stop-off for us on our way to/from the Eurotunnel as it's only a short distance from the terminal. Has good choice of products, petrol, café, free toilets and plenty of parking.

having just shopped at this store this morning, I just want to congratulate the staff and management on the way the queuing to enter the store was organised, there were staff outside to guide you and management present to oversee the whole operation, it’s a pain having to wait but at least I felt safer not having to be pushed too close to others. The in store shopping was more pleasant too. Well done Tesco’s, you got that dead right.

Staff in Tesco Cheriton are just about as perfect as you can get. Only irritation is many managers in silly suits or jumpers wandering around aimlessly do very little and unapproachable. Scan and Shop staff are fantastic, friendly and make to trip a pleasure

Good store mostly but last few weeks no eggs on shelf!!!

Its a nice bright, clean and well stocked store.
Staff are friendly and the fresh produce is fresh and well stored. It has a nice bakery and deli etc. Plus a clothes section for everyone.
