Went into this store the other day and I received fantastic customer service from Megan she was very helpful and served me with a smile on her face and it really made my day. I had quite a lot of shopping but she put it through the till very quickly and still spoke with me rather than the awkward silence I get from the other staff when I go in

Fast friendly service.

Good selection of products with convenient opening hours. Staff are friendly and helpful. Prices could be cheaper or at least a wider range of price points for products would improve the store but I guess this is to be expected for a small convenience shop.

Not vastly big but great if you have to pop in quickly to get something.

Tends to be the best food option in Milton Regis thats available. Not the cheapest, but then you pay for the convenience. Staff are friendly to the locals.
I am baffled by the "A" board displayed outside though, as it is promoting MORRISIONS & SAFEWAY products (obviously there's a tie up behind the scenes) 🤔

2 occasions, first chstting away taking personal phone call whilst serving and delivery items processed through till by 3 staff I was totally.ignored items replaced and left, customer relations are rubbish unless you are a regular local

the staff are so rude for no reason terrible customer service, and they say they have deals but when u go to pay its not really the deal!! Then it's a rip off price!
