Really friendly ladies at the till helpful and had to drop off parcel for vinted it wasn’t scanning they helped me sort it out without giving up and very polite and professional

Go here occasionally if I'm up that way! There's not really any major supermarkets in this area within walking distance, Asda / Co-Op are probably the closet so this is really handy!

Its ok if you really need something, love the freshly baked products, they smell fantastic but would not do my weekly shop there. Having subway in store is also convenient

Subway is inside, at the back of the store, you can't miss it, Always good service and good value for your money.

Would be 5 star until they added the subway, it stinks of subway now.

Helpful staff

This is quite a large convenience store that also has a branch of Subway at the rear. I have visited a few times and often find that there are a lot of gaps in the shelves, particularly fresh produce. Clearly, they need more frequent deliveries.
The staff are friendly enough.
There is parking on the road outside and there are no restrictions.
It could just be better, with a little more focus and more frequent deliveries

The quality of food isn't great at all. A couple of occasions with completely different type of food was off... and stale. The staff handled it well and was very apologetic.... 1 was the satay chicken stick ... was full of blue mold. Put me off even for exchange can't eat them from there now. Another was a bag of Crisps was completely stale.

Costly convenience.
What baffles me is why, how & who decided on this Spar in the centre of Chatham???
How does this benefit or help a mainly elderly population???
Why not an Iceland store???
This just wasn't thought through in order to benefit Chatham residents at all, it's just another excercise in greed & profits over logic & practicality. 🤔🙄🤨

Just got a taxi to this place at 9.45pm. It was shut. Supposed to be open til 10. Waste of my money. Will tell everyone I know. I certainly won’t spend a penny in there any more. Lazy staff, work your hours and Earn your money!! Fuming!!

Extremely RUDE staff member. Returned a parcel that it said online “No need for a label printer. Just show this barcode/ QR code at your preferred drop-off point and they do the rest.” Which she tried to argue with about then reluctantly did it. As I was leaving I heard her slagging me off. The way she spoke to me and her attitude was disgusting!

Very rude staff . I am 39 weeks pregnant and the cashier just shouted to me to go at the end of the queue !
