Iceland Supermarket Chatham

I went there with my wife and I’ll say they are just clumsy. I don’t really see them being very intentional about customer service. They have great prices though and attended to us with speed and we were ok with them. They can do brother in the area of human interactions.

All staff are lovely and helpful and the store itself is well presented, clean and tidy and they stock a wide range of frozen and chilled grocerys I often shop here if I'm looking for a good deal :)

Great for bulk/cheap deals. Have the MyProtein range and good stock, which is why I went in today. £30 for 9 balanced meals is brilliant. All max 400 calories. The bigger meals work out 2 for £8. Nice staff, friendly. Shelves and freezers full. Picked up some mini concentrated juices for cheap too. 3 for £5 on Primula cheese which I'm taking to a festival for cheese n crackers!!! All in all £30 for 4 days meals for two, sorted!

Cheap and convenient. Have a good selection of Chinese and Indian dishes. Bought big bags of fresh frozen diced chicken today to make Fajitas, 3 for a tenner

Iceland, whatever branch I have used, has always provided good choice and variety of products and a clean and welcoming shopping environment. Lately I have not been able to find at least one of my favourite products but when this has happened before , the product has reappeared for sale some weeks later. I remain optimistic at the moment that the supply chain will once again support my confidence.

Plenty of selection and easy parking. A good range of reduced items just before closing as well. Make sure you have plenty of room in your freezer though! Some tetris skills were required once we got home!

Friendly, helpful staff. Very good value for money. Top quality prepared frozen meals, as well as many fresh food stuffs. I buy practically all my shopping, including cleaning materials and toiletries. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting value for money.

This is go-to shop since late 2017. I rarely if ever use other supermarkets. Their online delivery system is just perfect. I wish they had more variety and fresh bread like Sainsbury's, but hey ... maybe in thr future.

Moderate size store with lots of fresh sea food at reasonable prices, they're very conscious of customers satisfaction.
With a very polite management team and frontliners . Double entrance points front and back, with a complimentary parking space.

Although I have a bonus card I should you Iceland - ok it is only I small Store but I was able to get all the items I wanted unlike Sainsbury's why they open at the times they do as they are always out of stock, due to this fact goodbye Sainsbury AND HELLO ICELAND🙂

I love Iceland as have always been a cook or second chef, these quality of foods are perfect, fish fingers breadcrumb stay on if you use baking paper or greased foil! #Cheeky hints!!

Will always have good variety! Enter with a value in mind - exit close to the value set! Hardly ever need the great customer service!

Good food store, very well stocked. There are lots of staff here too. The good range of stock is also good as there is more luxurious products as well as more budget products which are dependent on your requirements.

Always helpful! A few members have resting ***** face but they're all lovely people willing to help.

Love this place . The floor at the back of the store is wonky so hard to push me trolley round staff very friendly and always well stocked

Excellent store very well organised ....so much more variety ...definitely on par with lidl and aldi....this will be a go to store as prices rise and people struggle to cope...well done iceland
