Toolstation Skipton

Went in to collect some work trousers I ordered this morning. When I tried on they didn't fit and needed to swap to a different size. It was out of stock but had correct size in different colour which was for some reason more expensive. The man who served me took off the price difference which was really kind of him. Brilliant customer service. Definitely made sure I left the store a happy customer. Will be going there again. 👍🏼

Popped into the Skipton Branch this morning (Easter Monday), on the recommendation of my next door neighbour for some Ronseal Fence Life Plus. Got their last tub of the colour i wanted. The service from Glyn and his colleague was excellent. Great place.

I purchased an item online and realised I had purchased the wrong one just before I went to collect it in store, unfortunately they didn't have the item I needed so I collected it from another store close by before I visited to see if there was anything they could do about refunding me as I had read that they were not doing returns/refunds due to the pandemic. I mentioned all this to the man on the front desk and he was so lovely about it all and processed the refund for me. He also mentioned that they were always there to help with whatever I needed and the mistake was not a problem. Lovely service, thank you!

Suppose I better write a review as I visit here about 10 times per week (I know it' sad) These lovely bunch, love taking my hard earned cash & pretend to like me. On a serious note Andy is a very down to earth manager, runs a nice relaxed atmosphere (god knows how he copes with carol, the joker of the bunch) and everyone is very friendly, Alan is the nicest, polite guy you could ever meet, Carol is a joy to been around if your tired and not thinking straight, such good banta. All in all it's such a pleasure shopping there, even though I waste so much time in store instead earning money.

I was trying to find a very small battery which I couldn't seem to get elsewhere but Andrew managed to source it.

In the last few months I have been helping an elderly neighbour with some odd jobs. I have taken down old broken gate hinges and catches etc, and the staff have brought out alternatives to get the best match. They are extremely helpful and go the extra mile. Also it is brilliant to be able to park so close. I am not a trader, and the help and service is much appreciated. Thank you very much to all the staff. Maurice and Elaine

I ordered online today and within placing my order I received a message within two minutes saying it was ready for collection. Collection was a breeze and very quick and efficient with really helpful and pleasant staff. Would definitely recommend if you’re in need of any diy supplies.

Great friendly service. Really good experience from online order to text within 5 minutes stating order was ready to collect. All coupled with good prices and easy parking.

I had a last minute go ahead on Sunday for a small job starting on Monday. I ordered my materials online at toolstation.com at 13.50 to collect from the Skipton branch, and three minutes later I received a text saying my order was ready for collection! Even with the COVID-19 regulations in place the collection was quick and easy and the staff and their service was 100% friendly and efficient.
I’ve used Toolstation for many years now and I rate their service and stock levels far better than their competitors, top marks as always!

I've been shopping at Skipton Toolstation regularly since it opened - the parking is easy, and the service is always quick, friendly and helpful. If you can't find something in the catalogue, nip into the branch and they will do their best to find what you need.

Fantastic customer service . Spoke to a man whose badge said “Glyn” who even though they did not have what I was looking for gave me a good idea of where to go. Although this is not my local store I will definitely use again if needed.
