I've been a customer of this shop for over 5 1/2 years now ever since moving to the area, and the staff are always very helpful and friendly. They often go the extra mile to accommodate customers and every other customer I personally know who visits this shop have very positive views about it.

Very friendly shopkeeper. I often use the shop for my parcels as well as buying items on occasion as they have a lot of stock. Great, reliable place. It’s ended up becoming my new go to newsagent

I use this shop most days and all the staff are very polite and friendly to talk to, Always receive a brilliant service and they even stock things they know I like which shows how accommodating they are to customers needs. This is definitely my preferred place to shop.

Local shop open convenient hours. Friendly staff during the day and evening. Good stock of products at reasonable prices. They are also happy to stock items you may require if possible from their suppliers. Visit most days. ATM in store which offers free transactions. Highly recommend.

Me and my family come in here nearly everyday. Always have a good laugh and chat with the staff and there's plenty of choice at excellent prices. Lovely people and would highly recommend. We feel like family and we wouldn't go anywhere else :)

The attendant was very helpful with a complicated WU process I recently had to complete. He went the extra length to get information on the process and ensured it was completed successfully. I would definitely recommend.

Extremely helpful and polite staff, being local I have become a regular after having spent many years bypassing it in favour of the co-op (I would now bypass other shops to come here).A major bonus and good to see is the local free to use cash point machine.

What can I say about this store, apart from it's absolutely vital to the local community here in Gillingham, very helpful staff, personally couldn't do without it, prices are great for a small business, thoroughly would reccomend it to anyone in the area of Canterbury Street and wider
