Oaks Convenience Store

Friendly staff, reasonably priced considering its a corner store.
Never been short changed despite other reviews saying they have.

Nice addition to the estate, open late on sundays.

Opening hours would be nice

Good little shop friendly guys working there

They refuse to collect my parcel (Yodel) because they don't have enough space for storage.

Place is well known for short changing ,talking to kids as to distract customers from checking their change /receipts.
Food is often out of date or purchased from lidl and prices raised .
I have witnessed them shouting at a local disabled man when he has questioned them over his change .
Today I was also short changed searched the shop up on Facebook and many more are being robbed by them ,there is a shop in North holmwood than a minutes drive away better go there.

Great at first....but gradually after being short changed for the umpteenth time ...this shop is not all its cracked up to be..the owners wouldn't even except a Scottish note..EVEN after it came out of their own atm inside the shop that I paid 1:75 for to draw my own cash out....they have short changed my son loads of times too...and it's not nice to be talked and laughed about in their own language...iv spend probably a couple of grand in that shop over the past year yet they still strain their necks to watch every move one makes in the shop..ffs...

Closes at about 6 o clock most days, that's when they close the tils waste my time shopping then find out til been shut 3 hours ago
